This take focuses on feminism and how it's applied and understood by WOMEN, not MEN. It is about the way SOME women advertise themselves as feminists, wearing pussy hats and protesting, but in real life they are assholes to other women.

1. Feminists don't hit on men in relationships.
Regardless of the man's reaction, if you're a women's advocate, you are not supposed to meddle in another woman's relationship. This is an inconsiderate, ugly behaviour people resort to when they are facing serious self esteem issues (since a taken person seems like more of a challenge). But this is no behaviour for a feminist! There is no way in hell one can respect a certain gender, fight for its representatives' rights and then stab them in the back. The guy in question doesn't even have to respond in order for that other woman to feel uncomfortable. Just don't do it.
2. Fake feminists hate pretty women (or those whom they perceive as being prettier than themselves).
Careful: Not women who dress sexy! So this is not a slut shaming issue here. It's the pretty women. Beautiful women. Naturally good looking women that don't even need to dress sexy in order to attract attention. Somehow, those women seem to be the targets of so-called feminists more often than not. And compassion is very rarely given to this kind of women. After all, they're naturally beautiful and can get whatever they want, right?
Why call yourself a feminist then? Why not just make it clearer and define yourself as an envious woman who uses feminism as an excuse to validate herself and bully the women she's jealous of?
These behaviours hurt not only those women themselves, but feminism as a whole. I haven't worn a pussy hat in my entire life, but I have never hurt a woman I thought prettier than me or meddled in another woman's relationship. So before you scream your lungs out for feminism, check yourself. The world has too many pink hats and too little kindness.
