1. Not spending time with your parents
This is the most common regret that people have as they age. They regret not going on holidays, having a walk together, or simply not having a good conversation in past. Because these things may get hard as you get older.
2. Putting off work first
If you put your job first, you will probably regret it later. Because you won't be able to spend time with your family and friends. There are some moments that money can't buy!
3. Spending time with toxic people
Don't waste your time with this kind of people. They won't give you anything but negative thoughts and problems.
4. Thinking that you are "too old" for...
"I am too old for this" is a common saying that you tell yourself when you get old. It is the most common excuse you tell yourself. But you are not. You are never too old for anything.
Miles Davis started boxing when most boxers are hanging up their gloves. Ayn Rand, in her 60s, improbably took up the hobby of stamp collecting. Marie Curie learned to swim in her 50s. And the great novelist Leo Tolstoy took his first bike ride at the age of 67.
5. Not putting yourself first
...because at this moment, the only one deserving of your love is you. It is time to take the love that others take for granted & invest it into yourself...
6. Not taking care of your body
Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body. 1 Corinthians 6:19
7. Not saving enough
If you start saving earlier, you will be able to achieve your dreams earlier.
8. Not travelling enough
Don't postpone travelling. It will be harder to make time to travel as you get older. When you have time, you might not have health! Do it when you can.
9. Worrying too much about what others think
Don't waste your time on what other people think of you. Let them accept you the way you are.
