@Benedek38 pretty much. I have however second thoughts about point 2: Men being afraid of flirting. Yes, there are men, who are afraid of flirting and may be the damaged ones or observed consequences of flirting with women. However i believe the majority does not fear women.
And I'm not sure what would be the cure for it. It's half true is what I'm saying.
