Interesting take - While the allegations are serious and deserve to be checked - There is a lot other stuff that is coming out in the wash that should be checked - I think the only fact that the Republicans have ever checked "Is do we have the 50?" since the nomination - I also agree that the Dems have played games, if they were forthright with the info a full FBI investigation could have been negotiated (assuming that it would have been reasonably short) - If Brett Kavanaugh has done something that is disbarring it is probably the Dems fault it will be missed in a rushed investigation (Big IF trying to stay neutral) - If Brett Kavanaugh is confirmed as I expect, everytime a political judgement comes up the Dems will say remember what he was like in the hearing in 2018, he will always be bias against the Dems, the whole thing has become a mess - The Supreme Court should be 9 independent judges ruling fairly on cases but now it is we have to get 5 Conservatives or 5 Liberals plus why lifetime appointments Kavanaugh is 52, give him a good innings and he stays till 85 that is 33 years. Most dictators don't last that long.

as people disagree or dislike Donald J Trump i believe the
Democrats are digging their self a much deeper hole and
It could be the Republicans digging a deeper hole to get
rid of Donald J Trump but whatever and whoever is to blame
only time will tell whose guilty or whose not guilty on time
i think their all acting like a bunch of spoiled children when
this all ends watch Women start coming forward and blame
Trump for things that he done to them and again only time
will tell what will go on but your innocent until proven guilty.

The REASON we give the President qualified defferal (NOT immunity, by the way. He just doesn't have to face it until he's out of office.) from prosecution and lawsuits is TIME. He just doesn't have enough time to be at the mercy of every prosecutor or litigant in the country with an axe to grind.
