1. 2a is to keep the government from getting too big. But then also to fight crime because the government doesn't do enough. Wha’ huh? Think maybe our politicians are confused?

2. The Second Amendment is unchangeable. That means fck off, libtard. But its an amendment. #Amend.

3. Can’t have restrictions on the Constitution. Great so where’s my nuke? (Checks pockets) And my voter ID?

4. Heller Supreme Court case means 2a is set in stone. Then why isn't Roe v. Wade?

5. Gun registration would mean the government would confiscate our guns. Really? But not our cars?

It wouldn't help police fight crime? Oh, but you want more crime so you can fight it with your guns.

6. 2a makes us responsible for our safety. Then why aren't you porkers patrolling schools?

7. Hitler restricted guns and it led to the Holocaust. No. Hitler expanded gun rights.

1: There is no contradiction between a desire retain the means to defend yourself knowing the Government is likely to fail to use your money to do it effectively complaining about that same failure in spending tax dollars.

2: I think they are referring to unchangeable without anther amendment which would not get passed as your not going to get half the states much-less all but 12 to agree to repeal the 2nd amendment for a wide range of reasons. That said the 2nd amendment as written and practiced for most of the last 200 years like the rest of the 11 page Federal Constitution doesn't apply to the States.

So get rid of the lawless federal politician in black robe's incorporation doctrine and you can repeal the right to of individuals to keep and bare arms at the state level in the states where there is an interest. In most states this would only require a State Constitutional amendment which is possible in a few state politically.

3: Technically we should have the right to make and retain our own nuclear weapons. the main problem is getting your hands on the rare fissionable material, and the fact that the 2nd amendment only limits the Federal NOT state Governments. Sooner or later the tecnoligy will be wide spread enough that people will be able to wield similar destructive power regardless of whatever law you pass.
Hopefully by that time the tecnoligy to detect and deal with such threats will match.

4: I don't support that edict as incorporation is not spelled out in any amendment and its undefined nature is inherently lawlessly arbitrary. A better approach is simply refusing to enforce the edict. The federal constitution believe it or not does not give dictatorial power to 5 unelected men running 1 branch of 1 government.

For a constitutional system to work the other 2 branches and levels of government have to consent that the act was constitutional. We are told to condemn this behavior, but this is in fact key to avoiding an oligarchy and having a enforceable constitution at all. The President and congress can in fact tell the court to enforce its own edict as Jackson and Jefferson did and refuse to let them take over such STATE cases of law.

5: No idea what this is rambling about. one reason we need guns is because the Government consistently fails to deal with criminal threats in addition to being a ever present threat itself.

6: "Federal Gun Free school" laws make it very difficult if not near impossible to defend schools from human threats. As you can't arm every teacher and thus provide a unpredictable and intelligent agent for the intelligent attacker to deal with. This is why theses "mass shootings" tend to happen in "Gun free zones", they are filled sitting ducks behaving predictably with limited threat to the attacker.

7: Not true.

8: The FAA is no more legitimate than any other such domestic federal government agency. However the tiny number of air lines and major air ports makes it practically possible for the Federal to Force its silly rules upon all of us. They even force us to go thou invasive and ineffective security checks by their unmotivated and incompetent Federal employees. The Few Cites that have been lucky enough to get exemptions and run their own air port security actually have reasonable airline experience and more effective security provided by people who actually have a reason to care about job performance. The TSA needs to be abolished as does the FAA, neither are covered by the Constitution.

3. A nuke will ALWAYS under every circumstance kill an innocent or damage an innocent persons property. No person owns enough land to safely detonate a nuke so that it has zero consequence on others. So to have one is no different than to hold a rifle aimed at someones face. So its different than every other weapon. A tank or a fighter jet would not so those seem fine to have.

4. 2a is an amendment... row v wade is not anywhere in the constitution or bill of rights or anywhere. So that seems obvious why its not the same.

5. Registration would make it easier to confiscate. Yes the gov could easily find almost every vehicle due to Registration.

6. you're not allowed to have guns at school its a gun free zone by law. Maybe you should take time and read and learn before spouting off an opinion like you know what you're talking about. How many mass shootings happen at gun stores?
