I went into a traditional marriage with traditional male mind set, with women who believed in traditional marriage. She stopped working when kids were born and didn't go back to work until they were school aged... but she had this believe that some how she was entitled to more. That being provided for very well she was supposed want more, expect and deserve more. Like my life was a cake walk, and I was bless to have her greatness in my life, and some how I should appreciate her more and do more. I think society as a whole is to blame, because 30, 40, 50 years ago she would of been considered blessed to have a husband like me. But now days these women today are too complicated and preprogrammed by societal influences to reject patriarchal mandated gender roles, when reality its all most every women want all the brnifits of it, but none of the sacrifices required.. and they can't understand why they can't find it.

You see all these online dating profiles from women, single mom, kids are my world, I work and have little free time, long term relationships only, just missing the perfect man... lol. If marriage is such a bad deal for women, why do they earn 73% of what men make and control over half the wealth? I know one man who had to pay child support to his cheating wife even after a DNA test showed one child wasn’t his. Another was thrown in jail for getting behind on his child support when he was 19 and only had an entry level job. When the baby was conceived, he was 15 and the mother was 19. Courts have ruled that male victims of statutory rape still have to pay child support.
