Quick Vent: 3 Types of People Who Annoy Me

There are certainly many other types of people that bother me, but here are three that come to mind at this moment.

1) That person who abuses him/herself

Our bodies are sacred temples that should be treated with respect. If all you do is abuse it, how is it going to thrive? When I see people like Nikocado, I want to puke. It is so ungodly the way he and others gorge on food. The same thing goes for people who binge on alcohol, abuse drugs, and just drive their sacred selves into the grave. I have zero respect for any of them.

2) That dogmatic religious person

As someone who views organized religions and their holy books with an analytical lens, I can't stand people who make blanket statements that everyone who disagrees with them is going to burn in the fires of Hell. Many holy texts do indeed contain nuggets of truth, but there are parts that are absolutely sexist, and I'm tired being given bullshit rational as to why it's still 'the word of God'. Maybe it's your God, but it isn't mine. Thus, if someone is too stubborn to consider that a holy text may be flawed, they are not a person I want to relate to.

For example, in Islam:

• Why are men allowed to have multiple wives?
• Why is there a part describing an acceptable way for a husband to beat his wife?

In the Bible's book of Deuteronomy:

• Why is it acceptable to "stone a to death" a married women who is raped?
• Why is it acceptable for a man who finds a pretty woman among his captives and wants her for a wife to bring her home and "go in unto her"? (So 'God' is telling man, if you want a girl, just swipe her and fuck her. Don't even ask permission.)

3) That person who keeps his/her dog in a cage ALL DAY

Do you want me to lock you up in a cage all day? Didn't think so. So why do people think it's OK to adopt a poor innocent dog and just let it rot in a cage the size of a box for hours each day? It is completely abusive and should be a crime. Unfortunately, the poor dog can't speak up for itself though, so how much of this goes on behind closed doors, we will never know. I thus end this post on the note that it should not be a crime for anybody to steal a dog that is being abused away from its owners, because sometimes, you have to take matters into your own hands.

In Islam men are permitted to have up to 4 wives because there are a lot more women than men, men are physiologically different from women and have different needs, a lot of men may be married but have affairs/mistresses but asking them to marry these women gives them the respect and rights attached to marriage in society, when men were originally given the option, they were encouraged to marry divorced and widowed women especially those with children so these women were not mistreated/forgotten by society but given respect and their children looked after. It doesn't say men should have 4 wives but that they can if e. g. their wife cannot satisfy their needs/get pregnant etc. however they must treat them equally and if they cannot treat them equally then they should not marry more than one as they will be held accountable if they do not. It's not possible for the majority of men to treat women equally in these circumstances but there may be some men who have the means and character to be able to do this. If the man cannot satisfy the needs of his wife/get her pregnant etc. then she is free to divorce him. Women can't have 4 husbands because if she falls pregnant, it would be a headache working out who the dad is without a DNA test but also because women are wired differently from men and probably couldn't handle 4 (1 is enough!). This is my understanding, might be wrong though. I did some research on this as you can tell but I don't 4 husbands myself, i just wondered 😊

I agree with all of these, except the drug part, (just cause I’ve seen first hand how hard it is). Nikocado actually makes me sick.

I feel like atheists are vastly over dramatic on the nature of the Religious. Like a single street preacher says you need to repent and the atheists write a whole blog on how we're forcing our views.

The first Deuteronomy verse wasn't about rape, and the second one was about how to treat captives of war, no you weren't allowed to rape in fact you were commanded to let her go if she didn't want to marry.


Context matters, so misrepresenting the people who annoy you makes you one of them.

I don't like these people either especially the one's who are overly religious and try to slap something in your face that you don't want to read, it literally said in the bible all you have to do to go to heaven is believe and not sin and sins can be forgiven

Yeah i read some of the bible actually saved a church once believe it or not it had a bad gas leak and i was the only one who could smell it out of anyone.

those are people who are desperate for attention whether negative or positive to whoever cares to listen and want some kind of reaction and when it comes to social media censoring it's people like that who deserve to be censored because people have their own issues

Hunting game animals. Breaking a chickens neck. Getting rid of unwanted kittens and puppies by wrapping them in a burlap sack then dunking them in water or just using a hammer. Putting down a sick or old dog by shooting it, dig the hole, walk the dog over and shoot, shotgun is the most humane way, takes the head clean off.
