I know that it's not professional and all, but I've been in your situation and went crazy. My boss was seriously interested in me since I was a 21 year old, well shaped girl, who liked to be teased a little. And of course everyone knows girls at some point want to fuck their bosses (superior powerful rich men). I had a bf but since he did something really bad (not cheating though) and I was angry, hadn't had sex with him in two weeks because of it, and it also kinda gave me a free card for doing somethng bad, I let my boss fuck me in his office. We seriously went at for about 10 minutes and got VERY satisfied. Tension resolved. Only the whole office heard it loud and clear since we weren't too silent, so we had a new kind of tension hanging in the air.

Well weigh out the pros and con's. Are you single, are they single? Do you want the same thing from each other? If its only sex , make sure they want nothing more. Indulging can complicate the situation if you two want different things from each other. One could get hurt. Also consider sex brings out the crazy in people. You won't know if they're crazy, possessive, clingy, stalkers until you actually do it. So just be careful.
