I think it is because whenever someone in particularly guys think about gay girls they think about thisI say this because recently my brother Cory's best friend Tyler came out of the closet. Corey and Tyler have been BEST friends for 13 years they are 20/21 now. Anways Tyler called Corey homophobic because Cory posted a picture on facebook that basically said gay men are demonic it was a picture of a statue of two men kissing in disguised of the devil. Cory told Tyler to not call him homophobic because Chloe has a team that are homosexual well Cory and I do have fun too that are homosexuals rehab no gay men and a family except for Tyler once Corey seen a snapchat of Tyler twerking and Cory was speechless for an hour I feel like my brother is slightly homophobic I feel like he and other men around the world except gay girls more than feminine gay guys am I wrong or am i right?This is what my brother posted and thus us why Tyler was offended. Honestly if I was Tyler I would have been offended too.
my guess is because the primary motive for basically all men is sex. To that end, they want to make themselves always appear available and ready at a moments notice. Obviously, if a guy is assumed gay, he no longer appears available and ready for sex with women, so many guys take extra care to not appear gay. Unfortunately, this extends to a lot of straight guys also condemning gay guys, to make a point of how gay they aren't.
But in the case of gay girls, well, girls aren't as ambitious about sex as men are, so they generally are less concerned over whether or not guys think of them as always ready for sex.
Because I feel uncomfortable around gay man. I don't know how they see me, whether they might find me attractive or even want to touch me or fantasize about making out. I find these thoughts repulsive. Gay women aren't interested in me anyway I have no problem being around them and even if they were, they are women, so I wouldn't mind.
I do have gay male friends, and I don't think it's a big issue, but yes, at the end of the day they do make me feel a bit uncomfortable.
Lesbians are generally more accepted than gay men because of poon. "Lesbian" porn is actually filmed for the male audience and not the female. You can tell by their fingernails, usually, if they're actually lesbians.
Men like to watch two women together and because what men like is deemed acceptable, it is (slightly) more acceptable to be a gay woman than a gay man.
LGBTQ people do worship Satan. You're offended because someone recognizes your religion? If you see a Muslim entering a temple and say they worship Islam, does that make you Islamophobic? If you see a family enter a church and you recognize they are Christians, does that make you christophobic? Just because some speaks the truth, doesn't mean they are afraid of you. People are rarely afraid of minority groups that are outnumbered. They might disagree with them. They might criticize them. They might ostracize them for breaking certain taboos, but that doesn't mean they are afraid. A phobia is a persistent, excessive, unrealistic fear. Being in disagreement is not being in fear. Generally when people are in your face causing your grief, they are being aggressive and have absolutely no fear of you whatsoever.

Most women don't find gay sex or gay guys to be hot. So on top of a lot of guys not accepting it, you have a lot of girls also not accepting it.
So overall, the total percentage of people who accept lesbians should be higher than the total percentage of people who accept gay guys.
You are playing into stereotypes, they definitely aren’t more accepted. I went to an all female school and let me tell you. Not a single girl came out as being a lesbian until the last day of school. It’s definitely not accepted anymore than being gay. Just men like to believe it is for their fantasy.
Girls are more accepted because men find it lesbians hot for the most part. While straight men obviously doesn't feel that with gay men and all the sterotypes of gay men then bounce in their heads. It's sad really. I think your brother if they continue to be friends will realize more about gay culture and understand it. One of my good friends is gay.

You are partly right I think, but I also think it is because women are less afraid of lesbians than guys are of gays. Women might not be interested in other women, but they don't usually feel very frightened by the idea of another woman hitting on them, or at least that is what I have come to understand.
Though I understand why you would have that viewpoint, I don't necessarily agree with it. Gay mean and women face different challenges. For example in my class today the group of boys asked one of the girls how much they would have to pay her, for her to have sex with another girl. While gay girls face sexualisation from straight guys, gay guys are viewed as weird. Neither are accepted.
Guys are usually like that. I think because men find the idea personally disgusting, they are against it. Even though logically it doesn't concern them. The other aspect of it, is social pressure, and religious beliefs.
Guys hate gay guys. Personally they should all take it in the butt, feels good. (No I'm not gay, just like some cock sometimes). Women are the sexy ones so the more together the better.
