I can't say for certain, but it seems like there has been a bit of a growing hate on each side over the last couple years, probably sparked by MGTOW/Radical New Wave Feminist movements. While the vast majority of dudes and dudets remain non-bitter / non-hating, there are still some-- a growing bitter minority. Most are fine. It's only some.

Personally, I still like women and have had no reason to dislike em. If anything, there are individuals that I dislike, but that can be said of guys as well. (It's natural-- I can't expect to like everyone.) Just as a bitter guy doesn't represent my beliefs, I can't expect a bitter female to represent all females' beliefs. That'd be generalizing and a fallacy.

Likewise, men and women both face different types of discrimination and issues. in my opinion, it's impossible to really say who has it worse or better in society because of that. Saying we as a society are brainwashed is also an unsatisfactory justification, because I could simply reverse it on you. Wrong, men are superior to women, and its a well-established fact. Has been proven many times and the only reason you dont hear it in mainstream talk is because it is controversial and taboo due to feminists, it would be labeled as hate speech regardless of how many facts are thrown in their faces.
men are much faster, physically stronger, more durable, mentally stronger, more willing to take risks, more creative, higher average IQ, bigger brains, and overall more productive.

There are studies proving that the average woman in modern western societies such as New Zealand (western as in culture, not geography) takes more money out of the system in form of welfare, than she produces and pays in taxes, which means the only tax payers and producers of wealth in these feminist nations are essentially men.

Men evolved to be superior to women due to how sexually dimorphic species work, it is observable in all mammals. Women sacrifice productivity and capability in almost all tasks to be better adapted for giving birth to healthy offspring, while males who are technically more disposable due to each male having infinite sperm, evolved by competing with each other for passing on their genes to the next generation, this is also why women are instinctually attracted to men who are superior to them, because men who were only as physically capable as women, where pretty much useless as they could not produce as other men, and they could not give birth, so majority of such men never had offspring. In a free society with no welfare, the average man would be attractive to the average woman due to her needing him, but with welfare and governement aid, the average woman does not need the average man anymore. But this doesn't change the fact that men are superior biologically.

I'm not even speaking from a feminist viewpoint or whatever. To make it clear-- I don't identify as a feminist.

All I can say is though, it is not a well established fact. How can you take a stance of it being proven many times over when there are sources that also claim otherwise? I can keep naming sources too. It's difficult for me to link them through the URL (from my school library) but I can cite them. These are from scientific Journals as well.
Am I saying women are superior than men? No! But they aren't inferior to men either. A well established fact doesn't have multiple sources that argue against it. If you are trying to write my sources off as incredible, I can easily find more.
As I said before, men are better at some things. Women are better at some things. Men and women are equal at other things. Overall, this makes us equal.

and no, you cannot just say that we are different so you cannot compare, "thus we are equal". This is not how things work. By definition, if two things are different, they cannot be equal, because equal means the same. And the advantages men have easily surpass the few advantages women have such as a slightly stronger immune system on average. I already named many of the physical advantages men have over women, and you didn't even adress them since you know that it is common knowledge men are physically superior. So then what is left to compare? IQ and reproduction. IQ i already proved men are better on average, and just looking at our past history its easily observable as civilization and 99.9% of inventions where made by men.
And reproduction is very difficult to compare since both genders need each other to make use of this ability. And women give birth but they need outside aid to fulfil that task.

Then how else can you argue emotional superiority? For that matter, women could be emotionally superior to men in all regards and we would have no way of testing it. I would argue emotional ability is an important trait as well. Alas, it’d be incomparable.

Now, to conclude that, I’ll address your second comment here of the “we are different so you cannot compare.” It’s like the expression to compare apples to oranges. They are different: apples are better than oranges in some regard. Oranges are better than apples in others. Does that mean one is superior? Not necessarily. If neither is superior, neither is inferior. If two things are neither inferior nor superior to each other, they are hence equal.

To judge someone by their IQ is a poor representation of a person as well. Ethics aside, there are many many more factors to a person than IQ. IQ shows a limited picture. Using IQ and physical ability to generalize to a whole person is a far stretch.

emotional intelligence is not taken seriously by any renowned scientist. How can you even be "emotionally superior" to someone when emotions are completely subjective? If you mean control over ones emotions then men are superior as we are in more control, more rational and logical, while women are affected by their constantly changing hormonal balances.
Just by looking at the methods they use to measure EI its very easy to dismiss, there is very little science behind it, and even less evidence for what use there is for so called high EI/EQ

Its very easy to see your bias considering how you are so willing to believe in something so abstract as emotional intelligence when that kinds of measurement could be influenced by unlimited unknown factors as emotions are very subjective and differs from person to person in how they are displayed. And why even bring it up when it has no real practical use? at the same time you try your best to discredit the IQ difference which is far more established, and the method to measure IQ has scientific basis behind it and is not based on subjective concepts. Height may be a factor for IQ, but it cannot explain the difference alone in the sexes, and as for nutrition, sure it has an effect, so minority groups will probably catch up, but white women has not had worse nutrition or health standards compared to white men, so there is no reason why womens IQ would be inhibited compared to their male counterparts, so your theory there fails.

I hope you understand that if we conclude that men and women cannot be compared as you say, then the statement that men and women are equal becomes completely meaningless (even though any person with common sense knows that they can and have been compared many times)
Equal only has any truth behind it if you compare the variables and then determine if they are of equal capability. Of course if you compare a car to a boat, then they have different purposes so they can be different but equal. But men and women live in the same environment and compete for the same jobs, have the same opportunities, so that strawman does not work. Here we can compare directly, and men edges women out quite easily, and the gap would be even more noticable if you removed all the educational bias, investment in help programs etc towards women in modern times, as well as the quotation laws.

so the one thing that is left which is difficult to compare is reproduction, and sure women has some added value here due to being the "limiting factor" with their limited eggs compared to mens unlimited sperm. However they also become a liability to society when they become pregnant for 9 months, while men can impregnate and continue working with no pause. Many women today also choose to not become mothers at all, or decide to become single mothers whose offspring often becomes lesser capable individuals compared to children raised by two parents. And this difference will be irrelevant when artificial wombs are available.
