How can I stop talking to so many girls?

I'm starting to realize that I talk to way too many girls/females. I'm 21 and all of the ones I talk to are 20-25. I literally made a list of all the girls I texted today on a notepad and it was "15". I already had safe sex with 10 of them, 6 of them are ex's, and I had safe sex with 9 of them this year. I've known a few of them since high school. And most are recent girlfriends from the past 6 years. 5 of them have told me they love me or were/are in love. I talked to a female friend about this before and she didn't really give any good advice. I just need to find some help or a way to just find one girl. When I want it to stop, they just keep coming back. There are days when I won't respond to them, but I feel that when I don't respond, it's mean. So I respond back just to be friendly. I can't sleep and I need to find a way to fix this. It's kind of getting out of hand. I'm pretty much close to starting my career since I'm in my senior year of college and I need to be on the settling down road.

there is nothing mean about telling a girl that you don't need to talk to her anymore. if you truly have no romantic feelings towards her then tell her and delete her number and ignore her she will eventually get it. if she doesn't then you might need to be a little more assertive.go through your phone and do this to all the neccessary contacts. now if you two are just friends then I don't see a problem staying in touch. there's nothing wrong with guys having girls that are friends as long as its platonic. I will say that it is annoying when the guy you are trying to date/ dating has a bunch of women txtn/calling him. so deciding to simplify everything seems like a good idea if you want to settle down eventually.
