are we presuming that the BBC claims 500k and Saudi claims of 100k are false?
if yes then i'd say it's because the saudi's don't give a shit. they are an oppressive regime only concerned with improving their own situation. few hold them the fire because they reap the rewords of the insane wealth the country has, access to oil, and worldwide investment the royal family makes in foreign countries
Those countries are controlled by US , they are also responsible for funding and supporting ISIS , so they know they might get their terrorists back to their own country, also because a lot of arabs want to live in the west and they think life there is much easier.
Because this is one thing these nations have experience with. And they know better.
This is the question I’ve long asked. If the Umma doesn’t take them in , why should anyone else? They supposedly have shared values and belief systems. It’s also geographically closer to their homelands better facilitating a return. The west shouldn’t be so quick when their own kind are reluctant.
I turned to my friend who chose to live and work in Dubai and asked her why UAE does not take any refugees. She said most of the country is already made up about 80% migrants (if I remember correctly the figure), moreover they don't recognize the term "refugee" and give them preferential treatment.
Because they want to penetrate Islamic Population in non Islamic nation... All rich Arabs have Islam.. Right now this.. This people who are refugee are begging for help.. They will have spread in Europe.. They haven't changed their culture and religion.. This generation will reproduce 5 childrens each.. Hence outnumbering the children's of the original settlers of all the European nation.. 10yrs from now these Childrens will be teenagers.. Raised in Islamic peaceful culture.. That's when Islamic priests or Maulvi will be sent in these nations to brain wash this Islamic teenager in Name of Islam!.. Since they have already outnumbered original settlers. When brainwashed it will be civil war.. Like 50% of population that was begging at door gained supplies and then it will turn against the nation and make civil wars.. Breaking the nation.. Then political parties for their own agenda will use this groups.. Too.. And eventually Europe will be in Chaos!.. Like 15 years from now. Overpopulated and it's beauty will be rotten!.
But!. HUNGARY! POLAND!.. SLOVAKIA will be the last beacon of hope for any individual who is not Islamic!..
And in this situation these 3 nations will deny refugee to Christians or Islamic! Or any other religions.. And it will be chaos!.
Honestly in future If possible I will make a citadel in Poland!.. Or at least keep one of my safe houses there.. And agree with their culture and even Religion.. Maybe work as a strong link for these 3 nations survival of trade and commerce!.. Because they are both beautiful and their teachings and principles only bring peace and prosperity.
What pisses me so much is that KSA is responsible of almost all the Wahhabism and terrorist attacks but only the secular Muslim countries suffer (Afghanistan, Syria, Somalia, Libya, Yemen and others) while the Wahhabi gulf states enjoy causing misery
Somalia was one of the first secular Muslim country till Saudi Arabia and other gulf states supported warlords and caused a civil war as they didn't like a secular Muslim country to be near them. But I can't be biased, our secular leader did murdered thousands of Muslims sheikhs and imams (religious extremism or push in politics and economy was a death sentence), he was an atheist leader of a secular Muslim country (the irony is sweet).
@Cage4 Do your homework, junior. Non-married couples caught holding hands in Dubai can be arrested if the police choose to do so. Kissing in public, of any kind, not just heavy petting, married or NOT, is considered against decency laws and you can be arrested. And, last but not least, it's a Muslim country and if you're NOT a practicing Muslim, good luck with that. So laugh out loud at your own ignorance.

Because they don't give two shits about each other. If I learned one thing about a lot of the middle eastern culture is that all this talk about communities, families, etc. is all superficial. It's done by people, because they are socially pressured to do so and not because they feel genuine about it.
The only middle-eastern countries I know of that took in refugees were Lebanon and Jordan. Both aren't exactly the richest.
Generally speaking, smart countries don't take another country's refugees unless they share a border.
They also keep them concentrated in areas or camps because letting just anyone wander around on their own is a huge security risk. Hence, smart countries don't take refugees in the first place.
They probably go to Jordan to get a piece of that salted rocky earth on the side of a mountain that the king gives away when you get married over there and Turkey is just a big marketing scheme that paints visions of Thanksgiving dinner and a cornucopia of good food.
Because they're hypocrites. They are culturally more similar to the countries the refugees are fleeing anyway, not to mention literally closer. These same countries are also major donors to the Clinton foundation. Amazing how that works.
Simple, "they don't wanna taint their countries with this garbage." Saudi Arabia very openly stated, "We're not taking any refugees, because there could be terrorists amongst them"
They don't care. Middle east politics is screwed up. Turkey takes refugees but the people in there treat them like shit. Most rich arab countries won't take them either cause they are afraid they will effect the value of their currency. Also most of them are rich by stealing oil companies so they have little to no moral.
They don't give a fuck about other Muslims/Arabs. They are also the ones funding international terrorism. In this regard Turkey isn't perfect (idea that Turkey was buying Isis oil.) But generally, Turkey's problem is related to internal non-terrorism issues. Saudi Arabia is a complete cluster fuck in all regards.
Because it's not about taking in refugees, it's about spreading their culture and slowly replacing others and making money off it. They use Western values and compassion as a Trojan horse.
Because they aren't stupid and know taking in refugees is not economical or beneficial at all. They already have plenty of migrants coming in from Pakistan, India, the Philippines, etc. anyway.
Saudi Arabia and Qatar have also been encouraging mass scale migration into Europe to try to Islamize it.
Because other countries do it for them out of a sense of self righteousness. They don't have to burn their resources on helping their fellow man so they don't.
They already took many, they simply don't put them as refugees that's differences. Most of the Syrians who are in ksa, UAE.. Etc have already a job and work there

You posted a great Q. Another one I've always wondered along with yours is: Why won't ANY Arab country offer the Palestinians any land, since many of them have thousands of acres they could give up for their brother Muslims?
If you be lost everything due to war or weather as an example, and you can't live in your land anymore you would want to move to a land that gives you hope. Sorry Saudi, that ain't you (not that you would give a shit)
Hmm is it like that tho? I think they already have a lot of foreigners there from Indians, Pakistanis to Europeans and Americans. I know they are not called refugees but they form 80% of the population in UAE and Qatar for example.
Saudi Arabia should set land up for Palestine. They claim they are concerned about their plight , no, they just like jabbing a stick in Israels eye. They like there being a problem for Israel and the pressure put on the Israel.

Hm. I think they are less affected by western mass media and have a culture promoting thinking in a national level. Also i think that is way more rational.

That's true. They are a bit too stright. Of course that has the upside too. There's no crime and people behave well. Probably even crossdressing is more rare than in Europe.
"A bit too strict" is an extreme understatement. Public displays of affection are against the law for god sakes! I don't see much upside to flogging or punishment of 80 lashes for verbal abuse. Punishment for adultery means being stoned to death. That goes WAY beyond strict and into the land of human rights violations.
