Are woman too much of a legal liability to deal with anymore?

With the female bias of the court system and society in general it seems that men can only lose by dealing with women and that it isn't worth it at all to pursue a relationship. Women can file false rape and sexual assault charges while suffering little to no consequences for lying. Women can walk away from a marriage with half the families wealth and kids while taking a significant portion of the man's wage for years after. Women on a whim have the power to ruin our lives, steal our money and ruin our reputation on a whim. The biggest reason why from this point on that we shouldn't trust women and give them the benefit of the doubt is that they fought for this power through feminism under the guise of equality.

Should men treat all women with suspicion and doubt until women can prove themselves trustworthy in every aspect of life?

For men and women both, it's about knowing the person. Find someone to love and have some faith in them. Have some faith in your own judgement of people.

There are all kinds of people in the world. Not all of them are good. Most are OK though. Give them a chance instead of assuming they are the bad apples. Women are not out to get you. They are much like you. They want it to work. They want a secure and long lasting relationship.

There is some observation bias going on. It's the nasty hateful divorces that you hear about. Those are the ones that make both men and women bitter and hateful. They are the exception, not the norm.

If I like someone, I will have faith in my judgement of that person. I know there is a possibility that something could go wrong. But if I let that overwhelm me, I would never find someone. I need to have some faith in her, and some faith in myself.

How many song lyrics say "Take a chance on love" ?

You can assume the worst and never take a chance. Or you can take the chance. Do you want that chance? Or would you rather focus on the worst and be alone for the rest of your life?

Absolutely. Not all women WILL destroy you but all women CAN destroy you, with full force and support of the government. One phone call and one lie from a woman and a man's life is forever changed.

Never had a problem in close to 30 years of dating. Treat your women right and there’s usually no drama. Anything else is just a character issue, just don’t mess with suspect chicks. Anybody can dick you over in life though, you shouldn’t just hide out for fear of it though. If you get married, it’s a good idea to get a prenup, for both of your protection. But in my experience, women haven’t been anywhere near as sinister as you’re describing, so don’t get carried away with the craziest examples you hear of. Life doesn’t have any guarantees, you just have to either roll the dice or hide in a cave your whole life.

I've never really understood this point. If the courts and judicial systems are managed by mostly men, how can the courts be purely anti-male without something else going on?

The fact is, there ARE a lot of people who believe that men are ill-suited to childcare or that they must provide spousal support generously, but these same people tend to believe that men are better or naturally more talented at anything valued economically by society. They go hand-in-hand.

Years ago before any of the major advances in social progress, there was this guy that sued some company or organization for not having changing stations in the men's washroom. A feminist lawyer represented him and won the case. Just something to keep in mind.

Generally speaking, I do not believe women are too much of a legal liability to deal with anymore.

However, having children under the current legal system IS too much of a risk / liability for men since men have very few rights where reproduction and child custody are concerned. And getting married to a woman is definitely too big a risk and liability for men today.

Unless / until things change for the better in terms of men's rights, which will not happen anytime soon, the best option for men is to have a committed long-term relationship (NOT marriage) with a good, trustworthy woman (if you can) and either get a vasectomy or always wear a condom. Never trust a woman when she says she is on birth control because once you get a woman pregnant all of your rights go out the window.

Truly agree with that idea of yours. Men loose far too much in a relationship than a woman. Money, time and whatnot. A girl just walks outta a relationship with little to no reprecussions. The law is too lenient and biased towards women, sadly men are the scapegoat of the law system. We men get nothing in return, the heterosexual relation is a biased mess wherein women get the entitlement to money and much more.
I still find it absurd that a woman gets half the money/property after a divorce, for reference JEFF BEZOS wife took away 55 BILLION USD in divorce alimony!!
She did nothing significant, just existed as his wife, and then reaped 55B USD.

If you really worry about false rape charges and therefore don’t want to deal with women (of which the probability of it happening to you is close to zero), stay at home, lock yourself up because there are a lot of extremely small risks.

I mean, can’t walk on the sidewalk because you slip and break your neck. Could not go cycling, you could lose control and get run over. Ya can’t go to the supermarket, the food may be very bad. Can’t get on public transport, there are women there.

The legal system is not magical. For many a century it was 99% in favour of the male, now it's tilting the other way. Of course there are going to be teething problems and bad decisions. These things will take decades to get right.

Men and women both need to be more savvy in their relationships these days. It;'s not a "man's world" anymore.

false accusations aren't that common and if the arguably real accusations levied against trump or biden are any sign they dont hurt the guys that much. Also divorces have been going down and guys can actually take half of the women's stuff and her salary if she is significantly richer, so just don't marry a broke girl and you shouldn't lose your stuff. Fun fact, women are signifficantly more likely to go into poverty and require government assitance after divorce than men.
