When did progressive culture turn so toxic?

Just many examples. There’s never a rational middle ground. I’d you don’t share the same ideology as to how the world works, then you’re immoral and bad.

It’s as if these protected classes just cannot be called out in any way. In the liberals mind, they are not equal to whites, so you have to give them a break. Me, I see people as equal and therefore I treat them equally.

Try to focus a little more on what you do like instead of what you don’t like about people.
When you criticize, criticize the behavior instead of the person.

I do practice that in my life, but this is someone who’s potentially going to run our country, so it’s unavoidable. Her and Biden’s policies could change my life drastically. I think she’s a bad influence to other women. When someone is in power, the bad needs to be criticized just as the good. With her record in CA, I don’t see much good. I didn’t know if I stood alone in this thought, and wanted to create a discussion.

They’re attempting to terminate the 1031 exchange and I own real estate. They’re supporting the wealth taxed being talked about in CA which would confiscate a large portion of my wealth which would follow me for a decade even if I move out of state. I invest in innovative technology, and their regulations that they are placing would make it nearly impossible for new companies to grow in tech. They want to be able to tell big business who works in their board of directors, and how much they pay them which is a form of socialism. They’re anti-capitalism and believe in handouts rather than showing people how to profit in a capitalist society. This will result in a decline of economic growth. They’re promoting anti American rhetoric in schools so I’d be forced to put my kids in private school. They also don’t understand how law enforcement operates, and would restrict officers in a way that would lead to a dramatic increase in crime where I live forcing me to move out. There would be no economic growth potential for me. I much rather donate my money to charitable causes then giving it to the failing government to enforce programs I don’t believe in.

I also believe that it’s going to push the radical social agenda to a point in which I don’t even want to live here anymore. These activists are destroying my state infesting it with crime, garbage on the street, and homelessness. It’s actually really devastating on an emotional level. I’ve lived here my whole life, and it’s turned into a cesspool. It’s not safe to raise a child here. It’s not a place in which you can advance financially. Seeing burned down infrastructure and small businesses that I’ve seen my whole life being destroyed- and then having politicians on the left ignoring it is not someone I want in charge. Everyone is so divisive here and it’s to a point where my community can no longer even connect to one another. I believe the left media is responsible for this. I see this only being amplified if they win.

I volunteered as a sheriffs deputy, and I was put in a position in which I felt forced to resign. The lies and hate being perpetrated by the media which evoked such a violent group of people took away something that meant a lot to me. Honestly, that job meant everything to me. Half of my friends turned in their badges as well. It’s filled with hatred, ignorance, and it’s absolutely terrible. I’m sick of identity politics and under their administration, I see this only escalating.

I work in media and believe me, the truth is sometimes worse than the shit they can make up. You don’t want the people taking it upon themselves to report what’s going on. Although, I think that’s already happening.

Independent journalism is becoming more and more popular. I don’t think all media outlets are bad. I do enjoy listening to NPR. What a lot of them are doing is absolutely terrible though. It’s dividing us as a country and it’s inciting violence. They’re exploiting Americans with good morals. This isn’t to hate on you personally, but what some of these major media outlets are doing is wrong on so many levels.

In lots of cases, with feminism and BLM it is wealthy white young people who are out lecturing the rest of us on racism/misogyny (from their own 'educated' intersectionalist perspective).

The irony is they completely ignore the very thing which gives you true advantages, and that is wealth. Which they deliberately ignore. And that allows them to brow beat the working class, while pretending to fail against the system.
