Men is there a difference between asking a girl's weekend plans and what she did for the weekend?

Inst asking what your doing for the weekend is trying to see if she has a boyfriend or hang out with her. and asking what you did for the weekend means nothing.

i don't know my guy friend says the guy is fishing ..but I think its nothing either way. why do you ask a girl that to be nice right?

I think he could be fishing some. He could be trying to feel you out to see if you have a boyfriend. When someone is interested and they ask what you are doing for the weekend, they're trying to see if there's a time slot they can fill. Pay attention to see if there are other signs of interest on his part.

that I can see, I mean the " What did you do for the weekend?" sorta question lol like the weekend had already happened.

what do you mean? like you would be looking for something when you ask a girl that. um I don't really know I've been working at this place for a month and I mean we are friendly with each other he asked me on break on and he paid and then he asked me to lunch about a week later and he took me somewhere else and he paid again. I only see him when we cross pass at work. He ask like hi how are you and stuff like that..but he been asking like What you do this weekend and stuff like that.

What I meant is I would probably be trying to find out if there was a way I could fit into her schedule and/or if she could fit into mine. That and trying to figure out what she likes, where she hangs out, etc. so that way when I would actually ask for a date, I would have an idea where she might want to go. Some guys will improvise from the start. I like to have SOMETHING of a plan. Would you say this guy falls more into the improvisor or planner?

thatts the thing I just started working there so I haven't seen him with other girls. Today he was blocking my way, saying my hair look good wet. did the whole tap on the shoulder and pushed me like playfully pushed me twice like oh look over there and then he pushed me haha. BUt today I saw this girl come out and he went over and gave her the props and kinda like poked her and dragged his finger playfully -thats hard to explain. I just don't know if he is interested or playing the field.

Guys want to know if your free for plans with them unless what you do on weekends is a similar interest. Guys could care less what a woman does or did on the weekend unless it's to glean more information to see if she is free for interaction.

also, depending on the guys status in a relationship. If he's married, a coworkers it can just be conversation. If he's single he wants to know about your schedule and how it fits with both of you. I understand it sounds rude but he could care less if your plans are to visit your aunt in Iowa or that you're about to participate in your first yoga class.

On Monday, the small talk is 'how was your weekend?' on Friday the chit chat is 'doing anything this weekend?'.

lol well it was on a Sunday and we were working .. I don't see a difference. if a guy asked how your weekend was.
