It generally happens on some of my social psychology question. We do three topics per week and whenever I find something interesting, I post it here. And boy am I not disappointed.

Generally no, I will get spirited in my responses at times but one time on here, and only once, somebody said something so vile that had this conversation taken place in person I would have rearranged their teeth in their mouth and made sure the next thing they had ever said would have been through a wired jaw.
I'm generally a very chill person, but there are certain topics you don't bring up with me.
I listened to a person saying that the attacks on Jews are justified. Bombing Isreal is justified. I went berserk.

I have this policy to not block since it's extremely pussy to do.
But one of these ladies managed to piss me off royally, and I didn't, for the life of me, know that I had such a massive collection of stingers aimed at making somebody feel little and insignificant.
She blocked me, of course. Probably made her declared and extensive set of mental issues significantly worse in one single "discussion".
Here's hoping she learned not to be such a massive moron, but you can never tell, when dealing with morons.
I don't think so. Well, first I've never deleted an answer even ones with loads of insults directed towards me (I think they're kind of funny). And I do incessantly go back-and-forth on opinions but even in the best of moods (I just like to reply to everything and I type rather fast).
I do get irritable and can lose my temper at times but nothing too prolonged. Actually, I think people see me more often in my kinder and politer side so they confuse it when I turn that off as "berserk" since it's uncharacteristic of me to assert my most unfiltered thoughts.
I do have a berserker streak to me though where I've been arrested and even resisted arrest. But what set me off in those cases were very big things like the death of a loved one or a broken heart, not someone's opinion. Opinions make me irritable, not berserk.
Oh I dragged someone across a meeting room table for his opinion.
I had already cautioned him to keep his opinions to himself.
he ignored the visual and audible signs that he was pissing me off (as well as a few other people).
He then went a step to far and blamed one of my team for his incompetence..
His opinion?
that we should not have girls working in Software Engineering and that girls made poor engineers.
Having worked with some brilliant female engineers in the Air Force (and other services and civilian industry) I know first hand just how excellent they can be..
Telling me that one of my engineers (does not matter gender) had fucked up, when itβs was actually his fault, resulted in his eyes suddenly bulging and a cute squeak as I grabbed a hold of him.
this was HR 🤦ββοΈ.
This was my boss 😂😂😂...
No one elseβs opinion could ever make me go berserk. Yes there are stupid people who will never listen to logic or fact but no matter how much they try to antagonize or shame/attack... I simply point out their childishness. I will remove shaming tactic responses, but I never block or censor actual response (even if I disagree)
Yeah I used to feel that way when I was younger and was introduced to the amazing and lovely online platform known as Twitter!
Now I just accept the fact that there is no cap to how stupid people can be, so I expect a movement to be promoting and encouraging pedophilia with a backing off millions and I wouldn't be surprised or even shocked anymore.
Nah, I just like to troll them until I get bored. There is no point in having long arguments online, they just make you both look stupid. Better to be the one to walk away from it, because if your ego won't let you walk away then you've already lost.
I wants got into an argument with somebody over the BLM protests. They were arguing that the situation at the Capitol would've been treated worse by the police if the protesters were black. I explained to them that not only were police standing in solidarity with BLM, but BLM have been protesting in DC in the weeks prior to the Capitol Riot. The friendship ended up being destroyed over the argument, but it seems absurd to me that they would be upset at me for simply revealing facts to them.
Yeah i have gone berserk a few times here because of lunatics and talking to people who had brain damage..
Intelligent people are crazy and I have no problem with that kind of crazy.. I find it pleasing when they find faults in my opinion..
But when their comment smell of brain damage and are not backed by scientific fact!.. I cannot handle that kind of crazy!..
People mostly belong to the category of..
- Earth is flat.
- Moon is fake.
- Moon landing was fake.
- Aliens walk among us.
- Elon musk, Jeff bezoz, Justin Bieber etc.. Are aliens..
Mostly sign of people with brain damage is they follow such crap and believe in this kind of SHIT!.. it's best Brian damage test!..
- if a person falls for conspiracy theory.. BRAIN DAMAGE ALERT!..
not berserk but just astounds me at the ignorance lol
yeah that description fits i agree lol
Only when my now ex-friend since 1983 accused me of:
Being an accessory to 200K deaths because of covid,
Being part of a cult,
(something)
(something else, I can't remember)
and being a liar.
I told him you forgot former Satanist priest.
And I blocked him
(We had an agreement to NOT post political things because we disagree on things, and that is proof that politics can drive a wedge in friendships and destroy them.)
Not really, but someone blocked me today and they posted here too... lol.
Nah, if they being annoying i just block them and move on
If there is factual evidence ageist one's opinion they state as a fact. Then yeah annoys me a lot.
Yeahhh, I started getting trolled on here with my old account so I had to create a new one.. some people really have no life lol.
Go beserk nah. Frustrates me when you give them undeniable evidence and instead of excepting it they block you and return to their echo chamber.
Nope. It's not classy to get annoyed by someone's opinions or revealing your opinions to someone you know they won't accept it and get upset.
I just don't turnover power over myself, my feelings thoughts or emotions, to anyone else.
So, I have to ask you then, why do you?
I've debated on an opinion of a person for some days. It was not exactly an aggressive argument, I felt it more like a debate on two different choices.
Nah. If I don't like it. I just delete it. Or ignore it. If I feel like being a dick. I argue with them. But it's just to see how they react. Lol
I'm not sure. No? I don't really delete answers
