I have gone through the arguments thoroughly, including justifying it for a long while, to check whether it holds true,
On a basic level, upright walking bipeds who can speak a language (if you define homo sapiens as such) have a lot more in common than any of their differences, when you compare it to the rest of the species (let us say we are the only ones who talk, the chimps also being close-to-biped).
The issue seems to stem from negation of intelligence as the key 2nd factor, so, instead of matching IQs and habits primarily, people seem bent on matching colours. I would think it is from the insecurity of not having much in the brains department, which, we have to face it, is very very widespread (most people who are at IQ 100 (which is how 100 is defined) feel significantly inferior to those of say 160, of whom there is quite a number, in fact, and it is not colour specific).
I am not a believer in genetics as cause of colour (or even the IQ, by the way) - according to me, the darker colours come simply from exposure to the UV rays of the sunshine (it is a laser after all, in strength), and the the brighter colours of skin/transparency of the eye iris, simply comes from avoiding those beams/rays, which are harmful anyhow.
In that context, anyone can turn brighter in colour over 5 or 10 or 20 years, if they live closer to earth's poles.
The IQ is developed by using your brain - the thing with that is that the habits of doing so are mostly formed when you are an infant and tend not to change much afterwards (as with braces that can move your teeth around, move the bone - using your brain a lot slowly enlarges your skull, hard as it is to believe).
What has been proven is that higher IQ people have an affinity towards cooperation/like to team up, and lower IQs like to compete (to grab rather than to produce). It even makes some sense, considering the high IQ people I know generally accept the idea we should be caring for those les intelligent, not using them.

Racism will never end because it’s simply a taught behavior. Racism goes on behind closed doors. I think the best thing you can do is personally change YOURSELF. Why do we have to fight it? I mean short of writing racists laws and the creation of racist public policy, I don't care about it. I live in America. Racism is apart of my everyday life. Every single day, I either talk to a racist, read a racist post or see racist shit. It is just the way things are. But I know so many people who aren't racist. I have the most loving, most supportive relationships with so many people. I am thankful for that.

But there is no way to convince racist that they are wrong. They have to reach that conclusion all on their own. They created a belief system that discourages, even prevents them from interacting with people they deem "outsiders". Racism is almost like a collective intelligence. Racists seem to know instinctively that if they mix and mingle with those of different backgrounds, they will develop affection, concern, and relationships with people they would otherwise hate or deem inferior.

So how do you reach people who's very philosophy is dependent upon being not being reached?

The point of fighting racism is not to convince racists that they aren’t racists I already know that’s not gonna happen. The point of fighting racism is So that we can prevent the white majority who has preconceived prejudices about Black people from teaming up on Black people and destroying their rights. 1. There are huge numbers of folks who could identify with being “White”. A great many of them are not racist.

What I am trying to point out is a racist does not see this in the same light as other injustices. Like slavery or lynching "Black" folks. Growing up in Alaska, i was well insulated from racism. I didn't readily know there was anything different about people.
Didn't attribute color of skin as an identifier. I made it to 2nd grade like that.
First time in the lunchroom and i asked a teacher where i needed to stand, she said "next to that black kid" she then pointed at a kid.

I'll clarify (as that was kinda vague). It is not believing that people are inferior that we should oppose, but actively treating them differently. Beliefs shape actions, but they don't determine them. If you remove the right to free decision, you remove any moral value any action may have.

Races only get along as long as there is enough ressources. The moment that ressources get sparse (either by running out or by too much population) there will be a struggle of who gets access to those ressources. That will always lead to an increase in in-grouping.

Black people despite popular belief do acknowledge that other races go through strife and may have faced mistreatment as well at some point in their live. The problem is when ever black people try to explain just how severe there experiences are: getting thrown out of houses, denied jobs, being treated like the outsider in the room , all the other races generally like to untie to minimize there suffering. For instance take BLM, of course it hasn’t been the best organization as of late especially with the people who run it, but other races hate the idea of black people standing up for themselves so much that they couldn’t even allow them to have their own movement to their self, which is why they created alm matter (a movement that doesn’t even do anything) to counter it and minimize them.

You don’t see people come after the stop asain hate people like that, or the cheerokees or the Mexicans with there Mexican pride month.

Legit black people are the only race in America that has had the majority of Americans band against them in order to invalidate there suffering.
