I have gone through the arguments thoroughly, including justifying it for a long while, to check whether it holds true,
On a basic level, upright walking bipeds who can speak a language (if you define homo sapiens as such) have a lot more in common than any of their differences, when you compare it to the rest of the species (let us say we are the only ones who talk, the chimps also being close-to-biped).
The issue seems to stem from negation of intelligence as the key 2nd factor, so, instead of matching IQs and habits primarily, people seem bent on matching colours. I would think it is from the insecurity of not having much in the brains department, which, we have to face it, is very very widespread (most people who are at IQ 100 (which is how 100 is defined) feel significantly inferior to those of say 160, of whom there is quite a number, in fact, and it is not colour specific).
I am not a believer in genetics as cause of colour (or even the IQ, by the way) - according to me, the darker colours come simply from exposure to the UV rays of the sunshine (it is a laser after all, in strength), and the the brighter colours of skin/transparency of the eye iris, simply comes from avoiding those beams/rays, which are harmful anyhow.
In that context, anyone can turn brighter in colour over 5 or 10 or 20 years, if they live closer to earth's poles.
The IQ is developed by using your brain - the thing with that is that the habits of doing so are mostly formed when you are an infant and tend not to change much afterwards (as with braces that can move your teeth around, move the bone - using your brain a lot slowly enlarges your skull, hard as it is to believe).
What has been proven is that higher IQ people have an affinity towards cooperation/like to team up, and lower IQs like to compete (to grab rather than to produce). It even makes some sense, considering the high IQ people I know generally accept the idea we should be caring for those les intelligent, not using them.

Racism will never end because it’s simply a taught behavior. Racism goes on behind closed doors. I think the best thing you can do is personally change YOURSELF. Why do we have to fight it? I mean short of writing racists laws and the creation of racist public policy, I don't care about it. I live in America. Racism is apart of my everyday life. Every single day, I either talk to a racist, read a racist post or see racist shit. It is just the way things are. But I know so many people who aren't racist. I have the most loving, most supportive relationships with so many people. I am thankful for that.

But there is no way to convince racist that they are wrong. They have to reach that conclusion all on their own. They created a belief system that discourages, even prevents them from interacting with people they deem "outsiders". Racism is almost like a collective intelligence. Racists seem to know instinctively that if they mix and mingle with those of different backgrounds, they will develop affection, concern, and relationships with people they would otherwise hate or deem inferior.

So how do you reach people who's very philosophy is dependent upon being not being reached?

The point of fighting racism is not to convince racists that they aren’t racists I already know that’s not gonna happen. The point of fighting racism is So that we can prevent the white majority who has preconceived prejudices about Black people from teaming up on Black people and destroying their rights. 1. There are huge numbers of folks who could identify with being “White”. A great many of them are not racist.

What I am trying to point out is a racist does not see this in the same light as other injustices. Like slavery or lynching "Black" folks. Growing up in Alaska, i was well insulated from racism. I didn't readily know there was anything different about people.
Didn't attribute color of skin as an identifier. I made it to 2nd grade like that.
First time in the lunchroom and i asked a teacher where i needed to stand, she said "next to that black kid" she then pointed at a kid.

OK let me try to explain this in a way that maybe you can understand.

Let’s say we have kids in a classroom. The majority of the kids look a certain way but there’s just one kid in class who doesn’t look that way And because of it he gets a whole different experience from the other kids in the class.

When the kids go to make groups they never pick him even when he’s capable and friendly because they say “it’s a preference, I don’t like this kid that’s just how I feel” even though none of them have held a conversation long enough with them to even know him, They just don’t like the way he looks. Whenever there a class conversations they never pick him to share his opinion. Whenever they run out of work Sheets to give out he will always be in that group of people who never get the worksheet. These kids talk about him behind him his back making fun of him for features he can’t control. They ignore him and don’t talk to him, and because they don’t take to him they feel that it is more comfortable and socially acceptable in their circle make up things about him (like he’s violent, bad or dangerous), start rumors about him and make fun of him for things he can’t control. Even when he tries to reach out and be friendly.

These kids start to be mean to him as they start to believe all the messed up stuff that they made up in their head and so when he really acts back and I’m not so friendly manner they all use that to validate all the things that they made up about him, Even going as far as to watch him carefully for mistakes in order to validate their opinions because they want to be right about something they don’t even know. This kid knows feels the pressure on They are back because he knows that he is being judged more harshly when he makes a mistake compared to everyone else in the class. So When this kid gets sad and something happens to him - no one in the room cares about his experiences or what happens to him. Of course this really hit his self-esteem and productivity - so one day he tries to address it but ends up crying and breaks down in class as he explains that he doesn’t feel welcomed. In response all of his classmates look at him and make fun of him like he’s a crybaby as if he’s making the whole thing up and obsessing over it little things. Eventually the loan kid just gives up trying to be nice to them and becomes the figure that the class wants them to be.

Now of course in the story you would say that the class is being a douche to the kid. The problem is when this transfers over into real life and when Black people go to talk about their experiences of people alienating them and not treating them the same as other people people like to say that that’s obsession or that it doesn’t exist. And even worse people tend to think that this so called “obsession” is what’s causing racism.

But there are two things wrong with this; One it’s not obsession - it’s reality racism actually happens all the time, I’m pretending it’s not there doesn’t mean it goes away It just means it’s allowed to exist more freely in minute ways. To talking about racism and the impact it has on minorities and people who are affected by it isn’t going to cause more racism it’s going to make it more tolerable to call out racism when you see it instead of pretending it doesn’t exist, Or is not there when it is.

See the thing is in my story if you were part of that group in the class who was making fun of that kid and getting a kick out of their expense then you might say they’re obsessing to because you don’t want to be excluded from the group by actually saying that it’s wrong. But then you have to ask a question what if you were the kid that the class was picking on And you tried to call out and everyone in the class is telling you that your obsessing over things that aren’t there

It won’t be so fun on your end

Because the truth is in my opinion the only people who say we “obbess” About racism are the people who never been impacted by it. They are the least reluctant to fight when they see it, And the least likely to stand up for those who are being miss treated.

And that’s a sad reality
