Probable cause against neighbor?

He was banging on my ceiling and saying racial slurs. I have to go to court this week for this. I have a few questions, does he know it’s probable cause against him? And what will happen if the judge takes my side? My neighbor has been to tenant court with another neighbor before me and complained about two other neighbors before. Clearly he’s problematic and don’t want people living above him so he should move.

The judge will take your side on this case for sure; your neighbor might face a fine by the judge; I don't know if they have a law regarding such conduct.

Moreover if your neighbor continues you to bang on your ceiling then the tenant owner or building is going to evict him.

If I ask the judge if he can move my neighbor into another apartment within the apartment complex do you think the judge will? Apparently management is acting like they don’t want to do shit about this.

Doubt there's a law that would support that judgement. It's up to the apartment complex to kick him out.

Well they told me they couldn’t kick either of us out and seems like they’re siding with him. That’s why I asked if the judge can have power to demand management to make him move to another apartment.

Well if the apartment complex who are the rightful owners of the property can't kick him out then can the judge.
