we are all going to be robbing seniors of their mobility scooters instead of getting gas
$16 a gallon. Maybe more. I could care less. I don't drive. Which, according to these dumb right wing nazi boys on this platform makes me a "loser"... Hahaha Enjoy spending $250 to fill up your boat anchor "winners"

I don't care either and just came to say I love that pic.

They have to change blend over , so it should hit $5 a gallon average
I think it will go over 5 bucks a gallon before Memorial Day.
@exitseven
Some places it's already $5gal ir more.
Gas prices, on average, will hit $7.99…. one day…eventually…. could be this year or next year or it could be in 30 years.
It'll get to the maximum and then decline shower than it rose.
@pjnickles
What is the maximum?
@MysteriousDarkness Really? You're posting a cocaine joke and don't understand sarcasm? As I said, it'll go to the maximum.. whatever that might be!!!
double what they are now even more for diesel
diesel is what moves the worlds goods round
diesel will have to be rationed
yup higher and with the saudis accepting chinese yuan the dollar will decline making it even more so. Sanctions on Russia and Iran will never go away.
Gas here has been going down
Gas has already started to come down.
@lrina Missouri.
But, gas has come down because a barrel of oil has come down.
These 3 graphs illustrates the price of "brent crude" oil, "West Texas Intermediate" oil, and gasoline over the past month.
You can see the spike due to the war and how it has come down since.
"Brent Crude" and "West Texas Intermediate" are 2 of the 3 benchmarks for "the price of oil" when they say in the news that "The price for a barrel of oil went up/down to..." The other one is "Dubai Crude" but I don't have a chart for that.

Brent crude futures steadied below $100 per barrel on Wednesday, the lowest since late February and after falling more than 11 in the previous two sessions, as diplomatic efforts between Russia and Ukraine showed every intention of continuing. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video address on Wednesday that the positions of both sides at the peace talks were sounding more realistic but more time was needed. Oil prices were also pressured recently by concerns of a slowing China demand, after a new wave of Covid infections triggered fresh lockdowns in the world’s second-largest oil consumer. Meanwhile, EIA data showed US crude inventories rose by 4.345 million barrels to 415.9 million barrels last week, while gasoline stocks declined by 3.616 million barrels. Brent futures now trade about 27% below a recent 14-year high of $139.13 reached last week.

Gasoline futures extended losses to $3.0 a gallon, the lowest since March 1st and more than 20% down from a record $3.89 hit on March 9th, weighed down by hopes of a possible solution to the war in Ukraine and fears about weak demand in China. The world’s largest crude importer has placed movement and business restrictions amid its worst virus outbreak since March 2020. Additionally, the IEA chief Fatih Birol urged oil-producing countries to boost output levels to stabilize markets.

Look at the answers to this "body count question" and notice that the high counts are all good-looking women.

Maybe we need to switch to electric vehicles
@lrina No, actually, not that expensive to repair. This may be hard to explain and I wouldn't expect you to know this at your age. This is common knowledge in engineering and, especially, reliability engineering: Mechanical (as in moving) parts are less reliable than electrical parts. So, the more mechanical parts a machine has, the less reliable it will be.
Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) vehicles - that is, vehicles which run on gasoline ("petrol") or diesel fuel - have many moving parts and, furthermore, need to have their chemistry of combustion just right to function properly. In an electric vehicle, the energy source has no moving parts and the simple drain on the battery is the only necessary physicochemical reaction.
By the way, this might interest you. It is from rather conservative The Wall Street Journal. Let me know if you cannot see it.

Are Electric Cars Really Better for the Environment?
EVs produce fewer emissions overall than their gas-powered counterparts, but there are caveats
By Russell Gold, Jessica Kuronen and Elbert Wang
Published March 22, 2021 at 10:00 a. m. ET
Carmakers including General Motors Co. and Volkswagen AG are retooling their companies to make electric vehicles on the premise that their battery-powered motors are cleaner than gas-burning engines.
Are EVs really better for the environment, though? A close look at all the factors shows they are...
Under clown Biden, who knows?
Cool pic 😊
As high as hunter.
