For me it’d have to be Malcolm X, David Graeber, Ashanti Alston, Saint Andrewism and Lucy parsons. They’ve seriously altered the way I view politics entirely and my world views on a lot of things -> here are some of my favorite works by them that have influenced me the most
While campaigning for President, RFK gave a speech on 04 APR 1968 to a mostly-black audience in Indianapolis letting them know of the assassination of The Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
Would you really call Malcolm X a political figure? He was a human rights activist. I don't know the other folks you posted about. But it is always interesting to see human rights, civil rights, basic freedoms, etc. as apart of a political conversation. As though there are two sides to those issues.

I see him more as a human right activist but he influenced me a lot politically
It used to be my mom but now the way she acts towards politics is so hypocritical that I can’t even remotely find common ground. So I mainly get influence from research. And search of truth with proof. Cuz there seems to be a lot of stories that people hear and since it came from a “respectable “ source they believe it to be true. Even when there is proof it’s is not true. Since the heard theirs first the truth gets expelled as the lie. And for who knows how long. It’s really damaging honestly. Mainstream media and Journalism has become a plight on the world really. Fin yourself a a decent smaller company dedicated to truth that isn’t driven solely by money and suckling the tit of government for an extra bump in their ratings.
Mary McLeod Bethune was a true lady, a spiritual warrior, and a Queen. She overcame sooo much racism and hatred (even from her own people) to rise above it all, to make a tremendous and wonderful difference for her people, and to become a huge credit to her race. What a fierce, unconquerable soul!
Reagan for his conservatism and his brilliance in the art of speech making. He was also more left leaning than people care to admit... which made him more pragmatic and (in my opinion) more brilliant. His bravery in the face of nuclear danger was absolutely brilliant. He was a man that INSPIRED you to be great rather than DEMANDED you to be great.
Theodore Roosevelt for his willingness to stand up for the common man as well as make sure business was available to help the common man. Yes, he was progressive, but he was far more conservative than people care to admit. He was a larger than life figure that inspired you to be great as well.
There's something that these two share in common that I intentionally left out until the end: the bully pulpit. Both these men used it to make the country great. And I love it. Although I'd say they utilized different ways of using the bully pulpit.
No one famous. I met a girl at work once she was very well educated, wealthy and extremely left wing and was a raving feminist. I am the complete opposite but we actually made a unlikely friendship I disagreed with her a lot but she definitely opened my mind and made me re think my views in certain things as I do think I did the same as her. I think it's so important to have friends from types of backgrounds and not to always surround yourself only with like minded people. It's healthy to have your views test's once and while
Even my partner showed me there's 2 sides to the political view. We are on the same side of the political spectrum, but showed me how the otherside comes to their conclusion even if I don't agree with it fully understand some of their views are valid
It's a shame what happened to Malcom X. Elijah Muhammad had Louis Farrakhan and his henchmen kill him. Anarchy is a fool's dream. Anarchy is "whoever has the most weapons and people is in charge", and you are either with them or at their mercy. You want to be ruled by merciless warlords? Or have a bunch of roaming bands of brigands who kill and take whoever and whatever they want? You need to see past your nose on the anarchy thing. The government is the lesser of 2 evils. They keep the worst people in check. If you want anarchy to be completely free, you and everybody else is going to have to keep the groups of bad people in check. You're going to have to do the killing yourself.

Look smart guy, go look up the definition of anarchy. There is no government in an anarchy. That's why it's called an anarchy. So how are you going to stop a warlord and his goon squad from taking over your anarchy?

Lol. Most people don't even know the people who have influenced them the most politically. Those people work for media outlets, deciding which stories to cover, which ones to omit and which ones to dial up to 11. Those are people who really influence you. Anything else is a cope.
Not only did Milton Friedman's ideas work so well in Estonia to escape from communism in the 90s, but so much of Northern Europe in the Baltic copied their model including flat-rate income tax with similar benefits to their economy. It eliminated the grey economy.

That short Malcolm X clip you shared should be listened to in its entirety. He goes on to say that there is nothing more dangerous than a liberal and compares him with a smiling, friendly looking fox, right up until they pounce and destroy you

It’s true. White liberals are just as bullshit as white conservatives. The only difference is that white conservatives are at least honest. White liberals will try to act innocent but at the end of the day they’re the exact same and when trying to talk to liberals about any foreign issues in black and brown countries you can literally see in 4k how horribly racist these people are despite supposedly being anti racist and woke their activism doesn’t go beyond cool slogans and cute aesthetic reposted social justice posts on social media
It’s confusing as to why liberals of today praise people like Martin Luther king as an icon but it makes sense. Even when martin was alive he knew his I have a dream speech was probably going to be taken out of context by the wrong kinds of people so he later regretted the speech.
He critiqued white liberalism all the time and was a socialist that worked for solidarity amongst workers alongside revolutionary organizations like the black panther party

Why answer a question with a question? To not do the same poor debating tactic as you, I will answer your question even though you ignored mine. Of course he specified white liberals because he disliked and distrusted all whites. That doesn't mean he was correct to do so. I also never claimed that he was saying anything positive about conservatives other than at least they disliked you to your face. I obviously did watch the whole clip, which is how I knew that you had omitted an important part. You can agree with a person on a lot of topics, but that doesn't mean they are right about everything. The same is true with Malcolm X. He was objectively wrong to decide that all whites were bad. He was also wrong to assume that all conservatives hate blacks.
It would have to be Harry Truman. His "The Buck Stops Here" motto taught me to take responsibility for my actions, and to vote for those who do the same.
Well, friedman, sowell, smith, bacon. add daryl davis just for virtue signaling. Though I think even davis today believes there's people beyond reproach.
I don't think a single person has influenced me a lot. I think I've mainly thought them out myself and if anything the available choices in games taught me a lot.
