The Republican led Senate came out with a lengthy report a year or two ago while Trump was still president finding that the Russians DID in fact interfere in the election to favor Trump. The REPUBLICAN majority found this to be true.
The lawsuit will be dismissed by summary judgment. It will never even get to trial. You and your Orange God really need to find something more productive to do with your time.

He’ll likely get nothing and have to reimburse her legal fees. There’s a higher standard of proof for people in the public eye and you have to prove you were damaged as a result from it, financially or professionally. He won that election so what loss did he suffer? You also have to show that lies were stated as fact, not information leaked to the media to speculate on and create a public perception. Looks like another frivolous lawsuit from a man with a long history of frivolous litigation.
Trump's record of filing lawsuits is not very impressive. I think he loses every time. Besides, are there any liberal judges around anymore? I thought Mitch McConnell replaced them all with Republicans.
