For example, let’s say I’m worried about talking to a girl, if I think to myself strike first, strike hard that’s a winning attitude. Or if I have a big audition or interview for something. Etc.

For a lot of things yes if you need something or get something done you need to take action so you learn your mistakes and options quicker. If it's something like new material or investing money sometimes it's better to make sure it's safe first. If Peyton list was here I would ask her out as fast as I can because I crushed on her since I was a little kid

I like the Cobra Kai way but with girls, I think it tends to be better to have a conversation first. Miyagi-Do is better for girls as I see it but you don't want to turn into a weak noodle either. Maybe combine the two ideas.
