    Nah. Not really.
But everyone is entitled to go their own way. So let them.

But choosing not to try is never helping. But maybe going mgtow will give the space and perspective needed.

Statistically I think it's so that around 20-30% of males born don't reproduce anyway. Choosing to be there sounds sad, in my opinion.

Reality is the game is changing and in some sense it always does. Maybe just not so fast or so radically.
In the end life is about adaptation abd we all have to question what we want to live for.
Life as an experience is a truly valid goal for sure. Go for it.
But I think it's easier said than done to neglect our instinctual desire to have a family. The thing is, it's not hard to have q family, it's hard to have a good one and there is a lot of wirk to be done on ourselves. So I think we should humble ourselves and start the long journey of improvment by starting to adapt to the world.

But hey, maybe mgtow is exactly that. Maybe men going their own way is exactly what these men need. - to focus on themselves, their lives, careers and their own happyness. To not think about where love is going to come from. It might just be the way modern life introduces them to internal growth. Through bitterness and sadness or pride and strength, to focus on themselves for a time. Emotions like these exists for a reason.

Im sure mgtow happened before the term was coined as well. It's just now we all lable the movement as groups of people instead of individuals fading to the background until they resurface as transformed. Or not at all.

Well one could argue that there are legit point to be made in favor or against any topic of discussion, and both side would offer some degree of wisdom through the course of discussion.

I never believed in take part in these movements, organizations or activisms in general, but everyone in the United States everyone seems to believe in there own form of activism and there seems to be a group for all every but white males, and everyone else seems against white males. And if white guys try to speak out we are shouted down as racist. While women and other social justice activist buy into this cancel culture and killing off all our heroes and contributions to society and claim them for their own.

But yeah, on some level I do believe there is a need for Men’s Rights Activism (MRA) and the Men’s Rights Movement (MRM), that rejects social constructions and expectations of masculinity, especially feminist ones. Men should seek to define themselves as men on their own terms—to go their own way. I do NOT deny the historic oppression of women in society, but in a modern context I believe since the rise of modern feminism, women have been empowered and on some level influenced to oppress men. For this position, MGTOW followers claim “double standards” such as bias toward women in custody battles and false accusations of rape.

I don't agree with the emphasis they place on sex outside of marriage, and on the quite bitter way a lot of them behave, but I can absolutely see some points and even understand their bad side. These are men who have lived in and in some cases been raised in a heavily sexualized culture and because of that culture, their female counterparts have become less willing to settle down, more interested in a degenerate lifestyle. As such, these men are unable to find feminine, pure wives willing to settle down and have a family with them, which is what most men want. It's understandable that they're bitter and resentful towards those women who participate in this culture.

But if they claim to be 'going their own way', perhaps they should actually do so? Focus on improving their own lives and living celibately, without women, rather than claiming to have given women up then talk about all the sex they're having. Moaning isn't helping the situation, it's giving the feminists material to point at them and mock them for their loneliness (even though feminism is at least in part responsible). It would upset the feminist whores more if men actually started ignoring them, seeing through them, refusing to sleep with them.

As for their non-sexual points, I do agree that in the West, men are treated shamefully when it comes to claims of sexual misconduct, legal situations such as marriage rights, divorce and custody of their children. These causes are harmed by the other reputation of the MGTOW movement though.

Listing those points would make it much easier to talk about, also to know exactly what is being talked about, and it would in general make a more focused discussion.

Absolutely. I was in this mindset without knowing it most of my life. My first female encounters in my early teens were girls who tried to play me against my best friend and fuck us over, girl who wanted to cheat on her boyfriend with me and just literally started dry humping and straddling me at a party with my friend’s mom, her aunt, right upstairs making me so uncomfortable and she punched me in the dick when I wasn’t reciprocating. Then another girl kissed me and was being all romantic then fucked around with my “best friend” and I didn’t find out till 5 years later but I just had this terrible low confidence feeling I can only describe as fucking witchcraft. Yeah... I can see why men go their own way if they had experiences like mine or even worse.

There is, However like with most things it gets lost in the toxic fanaticism.

I only heard about it when I joined GaG, most people just live their lives and don’t bleat.

Then you join GaG and you find out just what a toxic bunch of arseholes they are.

This means you just shut off with whatever points are legitimate.

    Nope.

But if you listen to someone like Jordan Peterson, you can see how there is a view out there that is similar, but actually focuses on making rational common sense.

I would say they are right about maybe a few things:
    - the way modern Western women are attracted to despotic men while calling it being attracted to men who are "confident."
    - the importance of men focusing on their goals and bettering their own selves.
    - and of course they are right about how society is poisoned by Caucasian feminism.

Aside from that, overall I don't think MGTOW is necessary or any more helpful than the feminist garbage on the other side.

    Some legit points?

The 2008 financial collapse was do to corruption of our institutions.
    Colleges, Real Estate and Banks.
Marriage is an institution tied at the hip with the others.
    Marriage is a financial racket,
Over half the country is now single above the age of 18
60% of married people are unhappily married.

    MGTOW is 100% legitimate,

I think there is some truth to the claims they make, but I think they have very cynical and negative views on women, dating and marriage.

Definitely. There is a lot of truth to be found in that movement. Some of them may act like jerks but there is no denying that they have valid points.
