If you could go back in time and tell yourself something what would it be?

Let's say there was a way that you could go back to a version of yourself in the past for just 5 minutes and whatever you do would affect the future of your reality, But there are rules like :

1. You would have to pick a time and place you know he/she will be alone.

2. You can't bring any materials with you like journals, pictures, electronics etc.

3. You can't reveal any major global future events.

4. Obviously can't kill yourself or anyone else.

Would your risk changing your future for better or worse?

What advice would you give yourself?

I wouldn't go back in time at all. Fate is a very important part of all of our lives, and going back in time could mean your entire life could change... or you could die. Even if the thing you tell yourself isn't dangerous, it essentially thrusts the path your life was taking into a completely different direction creating what many times travel enthusiasts would call a new "World Line" or "Parallel World". The past is history, tomorrow is a mystery, and today is a gift. That's why they call it the present. Let's keep it that way.
