Why is rapist and child molester get treated the worst in prison but I heard thieves are the most respected?

Rapists, especially child molesters, are viewed as cowards and not "real men" by more hardened prisoners. You could see why. A child is unable to protect themselves, but if you steal "from the man" or a bank or some drug lord, then you have balls.

Isn't that obvious? They are very different morally. Been a thief is way more moral than to rape other's.

The inmates who attack rapists and pedophiles were themselves victims of abuse as a child and have pent up anger that they release against those that committed similar atrocities against others and is a form of revenge.

Not sure excactly, Inever was in prison but I would do the same. If its just a bank thieves without violence they probably hurt no one. Banks have insurance and the insurance companies earn to much too get hurt by one bank thieve. Not even counting that the once in prison are the uncucesfull once where the money is often retrieved.
I dont think I need to explain why rapist and child molesters are bad people. Even other criminals know that.
