Why is it that since the US Supreme Court made its decision on abortion, all women became weak creatures who are always getting raped and pregnant?

It seems like all the people arguing against the court's decision think millions of women are getting pregnant from rape. Are women really THAT weak and feeble in the U. S?

Considering people are going to start dying because of this it becomes very important to highlight just how stupid it is to remove the right to an abortion and rape victims is just one of the examples that is hard to argue against which is why it takes center stage.

Well, the only real argument against the decision that was made is that "women who are raped will now have to have the baby!" Yet, in a country of over 300 million people, how many "rape babies" are actually being produced each year? Even if it is 300, which seems like a high number, that is only one MILLIONTH of the total population. I bet more people die from dog bites each year than have "rape babies". So, the opposition to the court case really needs a better argument for their side.

Putting aside the fact that you are wrong on the numbers, the arguments presented by pro-choice advocates and all that.. It really does not matter. Even if there was not a single rape baby in the entire USA, the very fact that it is THEORETICALLY possible thanks to this is overwhelming evidence in support of universal right to abortion. There simply can't be a logical nor moral objection to this position and anyone who tries only exposes themselves to being morally abhorrent.

Well, since you didn't quote a source, and just simply said my numbers are "wrong", everyone can assume that is just your opinion vs actual fact.

I'm not sure how the "moral" side is the one killing defenseless humans that have not even taken their first breath. The mother chose to have sex. And in the case of rape, she had the right in the US to carry a gun to defend herself against such an attack. So, the mother has a way to defend herself, while the child inside her has no such defenses against fatal aggression.

As for your stupid argument, first of all defense in never guaranteed so no amount of guns (even if they DID help) would fundamentally change the fact that rape babies would happen anyways and thus not change the moral problem of prohibiting Abortion.

As for the whole "killing babies" argument, just stop. I am already tired of explaining over and over again that they are not "humans" in any sense that we care about. You might as well be talking about protecting sperm during masturbation instead of of a fetus as they are equally irrelevant but have the same "future potential" and "haven't even taken their first breath". Oh please. You would not know logic if it so teabagged your face. Case in point, your continual use of emotional arguments while being under the delusions of being objective and logical. You can try appeal to emotion all you want by dragging in emotionally charged terms like "rape babies" or "killing defenseless humans". Meanwhile on my side things are very much simpler and far more based in facts. Removing the right to abortions will mean that innocent rape victims will become pregnant and be forced to have their rapists child which is incredibly cruel both to the unwilling mother but also to the innocent child whos very existence is now linked to the immoral violation of their own mother or father (in case the woman is the rapist).

It does not matter how often this happens or how likely it is. It will happen and this decision is directly responsible for it happening and the suffering of every victim related to this. Nothing you have said and no "evidence" both real or made up has even attempted to change this basic fact. As such I feel entirely justified in insulting you by calling you a doo doo face until you take what I have said seriously and compose an actual response to my arguments rather than do the equivalent of throwing your shit against the wall until something sticks.

If you look at the SCOTUS opinions for both Roe v Wade 1973 and Dobbs v Jackson 2022... neither opinion by the Supreme Court quotes any other court case as a reference for precedence. According to the 10th amendment, anything not expressly given to the federal government in the Constitution shall be given to the States.

Everything has a starting point and the right to abortion is pretty well connected to both the 4th amendment through bodily integrity and the 14th amendment for the right of privacy.
