How does abortion work in rape cases in states that have banned it?

No state can charge you for a crime for doing something in another state that is legal in that state as they only have jurisdiction within their own borders, so it's as "easy" as whatever your travel plans are.

This was already being done in several states by de facto even before the overturning. Missouri abortion clinics were referring everyone to Illinois, for example.

Hahaha. There are laws that allow abortion, especially in cases of rape. I'm really scared of men. Many take advantage of being stronger, rape and impregnate women and there are people who see the rape victim as a sperm deposit and incubator.

Why don't you look up the State law of the State your planning on moving to, different states have different rules.

Most all States allow abortion in cases of Rape.

If you go to the hospital after being raped and report it to the police, it's standard procedure to give you plan B.

Another question: what if plan B doesn't work? What if the rape is with a woman or girl that you haven't been able to report? There are many ways that a rape victim may not be able to report it.
