Make fun or jokes on any skin tone should not be allowed. When it comes to white skin it is always okay and it's not even considered a big deal.

I don’t consider being made fun of in and of itself oppression. It has to do with history, because if you say a white person skin looks ugly you’re just saying a white person skin looks ugly. Whereas if you’re saying a black person skin looks ugly it has a nasty historical connotation.
