Everyone who joins any given government agency as an 1811 or criminal investigator (same designation given to people such as ICE, DEA, FBI, Secret Service, and yes even some IRS Agents) has to train with a firearm and be willing to use it. That in itself is not anything out of the ordinary; the massive expansion of that particular agency's payroll alongside the Senate passing a bill that will undeniably target the upper-middle class for taxing purposes is the problem, especially because the public face of the government is clearly lying about it.
