There's a lot of states that allow abortion up to 6 months, which is way too late. A couple of my friends' children were born at 6 months and survived. 6 months is not a fetus anymore, it's killing a baby. 6 months pregnancy is medically and legally considered "fetal viability", the stage at which a fetus can survive outside the womb. Which means it's not just a fetus anymore but is a baby. Maybe the woman wanting an abortion should get off her ass and do it before the fetus turns into a full on baby.
It is sad that the lie has been revealed. This was never about the Conservative idea of state's rights.

Lindsay Graham is a grandstanding clown. He knows that this violates Dobbs (ironic) and gets struck down at District Court. Not that it has a snowballs chance of passing at least until 2025, and then only if the GOP wins the House, Senate, and POTUS in 2024. In any event, even the current SCOTUS would reject this at least 7-2.
This isn’t going to happen. Those Republican monsters would have to get to the state level to ban abortion. They can’t touch New York, California, or any other state with protected abortion laws.
