Is it just me or is this lady racist against Arabs?

so I went to LA Fitness for a job interview and the lady for front-desk management said we're "fully staffed"
hell does this mean, also they said they pay the minimum but not $20... was this zoomer Hispanic girl making an excuse not to interview or hire an Arab guy? we are literally the most demonized creatures in this country...

I explained to her that I've seen new employees here and she said she's not currently hiring because we're "fully staffed"

I handed her my resume and I am currently in school

Have you considered your shitty attitude is going to cause her and others to discriminate against Arabs in the future. If you want a job go through the proper application process like everyone else. Just turning up out of the blue expecting a job then accusing them of racism is just going to make them reluctant to hire your kind in the future.

Fully staffed means they have all the employees that the business wants to hire at that moment in time.

Not necessarily racist. They may truly not be hiring.

If it was someone at reception who told you that, that may be what they've been told to say since their job is reception not hiring, etc.
