21-Year-Old Dallas Woman Shot To Death After Beating 31-Year-Old Male Friend In Basketball Game

The slain woman, identified as Asia Womack, was gunned down on Monday evening (October 3) after playing some hoops with her male friend, who has been identified as 31-year-old Cameron Hogg.

As of Wednesday (October 5), Hogg was still on the run, with a warrant out for his arrest.

The incident occurred at T. G. Terry Park near the victim’s home. Her mother, Andrea Womack, told Fox 4 News, “This was supposed to be a friend of Asia’s. She’s eaten with the man, she’s fed him, and he turned on her and killed her in a vicious way.”

The victim’s mother also says that the two friends spit out a little trash talk towards each other during the game. However, family members say that is no excuse for how things ended.

The victim’s aunt, Juanita Smith told NBC DFW that the family is “taking it kind of hard because it was senseless.” Smith added, “I just don’t understand why you kill somebody over a basketball game.

I don't understand this world anymore. All of this senseless violence over nothing. I keep wondering if the government put something in the Covid vaccinations, but I can think of a lot of other conspiracy theories too.

The first part that alarms me is that he's 31 and she was 21. That's quite an age gap for a man and woman to be friends. Even a little inappropriate to me.

But yeah, that he killed the girl just cuz she beat him at a game. He obviously felt humiliated as a man to be beaten by a girl. But since that was the case, and you knew it was a possibility that she could, you shouldn't have played. People who are supposed to be true friends don't kill each other.

They gave them free cellphones, medical, food, new clothes, expensive hotel rooms and an ID card. That's all they needed to vote, is that ID card. Um, you do realize that violent acts like this happened far more in the past than they do today, right? If you were paying attention in history class you'd know the world is a much safer, less violent place now than it used to be.
