No one knows everything, and using sources is a necessity. One's own perception of having life experience, common sense and logic is not a complete substitute for facts.

Thirdly, what things like that actually are, is victimhood mentality, not social credits, like where you can sue a fast food joint for spilling coffee on yourself. While politicians do constantly distract people from their corruption, you've missed the point. This legislation would be used to target people for their views and make them unemployable. That someone would even propose such a thing is scary, let alone the power of government bureaucracies to enforce it, and family law is an area where parents' rights are often violated.
