Lady's and minorities, how do I leverage being in a protected class?

I was taking some harrassment/discrimination training yesterday. After I stopped imagining having sex with all the women in the training video as an inside joke, I actually learned something: now that I'm over 40, I'm not in a protect class just like you.

So, how do I leverage this? Is there a way I can do less work now that there is a federal law protecting me? All my life I've had to live up to being a white male and working hard and exceeding everyone's expectations to be superior. But now I'm protected from discrimination, so maybe I can change.

I really have a lot on my plate right now, and I could use some advise on clever tactics. Like if I have too much work to do, I could just say like 'Well that guy is 20 and he has half as much work' or how to be really subtle about it.
