I'd be fine if all the humans were wiped out on the Earth, but life went on. The asteroid would f*ck every living thing on the planet though, animals included, and it's unstoppable, so I'm choosing that. You can fight back against aliens or try to reason with them. And you can survive a nuclear Winter or new Ice Age. But with a giant asteroid, you're f*cked.

Alternatively, I'd add another one on here: The sun starts to fail or lose energy, or sun flares fry the Earth and scorch everything on it. Or Earth is knocked out of the sun's orbit and starts drifting off into space. There was even a Chinese movie I saw about that happening. It was called "Wandering Earth."

Definitely nuclear war UNLESS you die on impact. Death from radiation sickness is disgusting, your skin falls off and stuff.

The most likely immediately danger is nuclear war started by the USA. Longer term (within the next 10,000 years), a super volcano and/or returning to the Ice Age
