If the value of a human's life is irreplaceable with any material in this world and worthy, then to what extent are horrible people of history?

What I mean is... when we are the most special beings in this world for its diversity, singularity and evolvement... the good and the bad...

Then to what extent are the horrible criminals of history (Ted Bundy, Dr. Harold Shipman, Al Capone, Hitler, Mussolini). What I think is that there are a few exceptions, so to conclude that there's nothing perfect like this.

You're confused.

Humans are the smallest beings on the planet in terms of numbers. Any one species of insects alone, outnumbers us a billion to one.

But that we are still around, despite all we have done to the planet, ourselves and it's habitats is testament that we are still in a good place. Not yet in a completely bad place that deserves us being judged as a monolith.

But a good novel to read is "The Case of the Animals versus Man Before the King of Jinn"

Some people are just wicked and evil. They’re disgusting and the funny thing is most of them think they’re good people. People who have to always prove they’re good people many times aren’t.

What makes Person A "precious/irreplaceable" as the human's life and existence is?

I don't know. But here's the irony from what I see. By not seeing person A as precious and irreplaceable in some way, it would be like adopting person A's view of people. For whatever reason, Person A can see people as easily disposable. Seeing Person A as disposable then, is more of the same.
