A few days ago I saw a question on GaG asking if you can define a woman or a man. And I thought to myself, of course I can. But someone answered no. So that begs the question, if you can't define a woman, how do we know gay men are not attracted to women? Or straight men attracted to men, for the matter? Would it not basically mean that all humans should be considered bi since you can't tell one way or the other? And why do trans people feel the body they are born in is wrong? On some fundamental level they would have some knowledge of what a woman or man is to know that, right?

Yepp, this is basically the case. Your sexual attraction is basically a spectrum and even then it is not even consistent because it is based on our personal tastes and humans are very flawed individuals.
A good example to prove how messed up this can get, lets just consider how a man or a woman can easily crossdress and look like the opposite gender and become sexually attractive towards people who consider themselves straight. Of course, this is a little bit deceptive to a point but it still proves that its not actually the gender itself we find attractive but just pure looks which literally anyone can have.
Beyond that it starts getting really complicated when you start to consider for example what it would take for a straight man to actually want to have sex with another man so I won't go into that. It actually becomes easier if you drop the whole concept of genders and just focus on reality where no such thing exists and its just a case of how you feel and what you desire rather than questioning if they are or are not part of a specific group.
But we live in a society which still believes in gender as a social construct. Because of that, these concept still hold power over us and are still important which is where transgender people often comes in. Putting aside any biological compulsions. They, like most people can't let go of the social construct of gender most of the time. Even though it inherently does not exist it has still been ingrained in our culture to such a degree that it holds power over us and how we think and feel about ourselves.
While transgenderism would still exist without the concept of genders, it is made much worse by forcing us to accept our gender as some form of title that is supposed to describe you. Forcing you to adopt something that you feel is wrong for you ultimately becomes intolerable.
gay men are are attracted to what looks and sounds like men.
I agree with the bi part.
