Evidences that we live in an amti-white culture:

#1 Anti-whiteness is embedded in the Western culture these days.

#2 In practice, you can criticize, deride and humiliate a white person for their skin color because it's socially acceptable. You can't do the same to non-whites.

#3 Liberals will try to deny it, but they have deep rooted negative biases against white people, especially against white men. They actually believe that the world would be a better place if white people are gone.

#4 White peoples' history is demonized when it's no worse (or better) than any other people.

It’s because of slavery. The deep pain suffered has comeback as a lasting wound in America. Now that things have settled there is a desire of a need of recompense because of that pain. Police brutality has only heightened and inflamed that wound. That same pain has morphed into hatred and as a black person, some of us have become what we have fought against our entire lives. Some have become racist because of the pain. Until the mindset is addressed there will never be healing in America. Blacks suffered pain now it seems White people are seeking forgiveness or at least Black people need to figure out how to forgive.

Currently democrat political candidates get 99% of the black vote. Without this in the last election and the one before that, etc, etc. nearly every election would have won by a republican. Blacks (nor women) will ever be allowed to stop thinking their victims. There's too much money at stake. This has resulted in every business being at risk of a discrimination lawsuit and the reaction of said businesses conveniently reinforced the victim narrative which must be kept not only alive but growing. The Video only shows one kid beating up another, which is despicable and unforgivable behavior, but also only one case.

You would need statistics to show there are signigicant amounts of cases where this happens and also where the bully is actually not punished.
