What do you mean using pronouns? Just in general? Do you speak a language that doesn't typically use them, so it sounds awkward to stick them in often? Does she think it's disrespectful or confusing to not use nouns all the time, even if it makes the sentence bulky? What is going on?
There are no disadvantage to using pronouns. In fact, the only disadvantages are in not using them. Because we use pronouns so often, it will be difficult to learn to stop using them. And I don't see what being straight has to do with it. Do women like men who speak uniquely better? I've never heard of that. Anyway I went ahead and bolded all the pronouns in this post to make it clear how frequently they're typically used.
I'm sad people need to proclaim pronouns as an introduction. I understand why we can't have nice things with bigotry actively muder individuals in broad daylight. But this too robs us so much humanity when we meet and interact with people.
Every chance encounter with a stranger can change your life forever. From lovers , brothers , business ventures and even rivalry could happen at any moment we interact with strangers. From being strangers their's is a natural dance that happens to know another person and they knowing you, to create something greater to be human.
