So people aren't born with preferences and/or prejudice over others?

Anonymous

For instance, after years of dealing with the illegal Mexicans, those that won't assimiliate or those that do/sell drugs, it be overwhelming to the point you just don't want to hear from them. I'm guilty of one day saying ''these damn dirty, ugly, wetbacks'' to my close friends.

Here is the irony:

There are several pictures of me from ages 4-6. My playmate appears on those pictures. Many times we would hold hands. He was indeed a Mexican boy. I had no preferences at the time, none. In fact, my mother tells me that one day we kissed for a bit. That was technically my first kiss, lol.

Ironic isn't it? The very first boy I ever liked and kissed was Mexican. Now I've grown tired of the bad ones taking over and developed my own preference over what type of men to date. So we're not born with preferences nor prejudices over others?
