There was a heterosexuakl parade where I lived. At first they were denied a permit but it went to court and the city lost. They have a gay pride parade every year and they have a Hispanic parade every year and there is usually two or three shootings. They all get permits with no problem. They had the straght parade and there was not a single arrest.
I wish more people could read your anecdote. They all do this song and dance about heterosexuals don't need a parade, or the dance where they are welcome to have a parade. Bullshit. There would be rioting and burning in the streets of San Francisco if there was a straight parade.
@CandyRat I have a summer home in a place that has turned into a liberal shithole. When Trump was running in 2016 a kid wore a MAGA hat to school. He got some trouble from some of the liberal students in the school. Instead of protecting this students First Amendmant rights the assistant principal tole the kid to leave the hat at home.
Well, persons identifying as heterosexual have never had to fight the police, local laws, state laws, various and numerous municipalities, and federal law to cease prosecution, to allow them to marry one another, to be able to adopt, to be able to be awarded their partner's life insurance if their partner dies and they are the still alive, etc. What purpose would a 'heterosexual pride' parade and flag hold? It sounds like you want attention for doing nothing and not being anything that anyone cares about.
The pride parade movement is a celebration of the diversity and inclusion of the LGBTQRSTU+ community.
Although most pride parades focus on the LGBTQRSTU+ community, there is nothing stopping a straight pride parade from taking place.
However, it's important to note that San Francisco's tolerant left, like any other community, can have different opinions and attitudes toward such an event.

The problem with the "lgbt" community is they think everybody needs to know about their sex life and they throw it in everybody's face. Nobody wants to hear about that. Keep that shit to yourself like a normal person with common decency.

The tolerant left are the most intolerant hateful people I have ever encountered. Mostly due to mental illness which is rampant on the left. Nah they would likely riot.
