An interesting question- let's take a look at what his campaign promises WERE:

1. End the pandemic. Nope. It's still running rampant; it's just not dangerous. What little hazard it DID pose was taken down through simple natural selection.
2. Bring both parties together to deliver economic relief. It's questionable how much of the credit he deserves, but the parties DID work together to pass a relief bill- that ran the money printer enough to drive inflation through the roof. He accomplished the exact opposite of his goal, so this also gets a "No".
3. Establish a federal commission to investigate police militarization. No.
4. Put the country on track to reach zero emissions by 2050. Hell no- we've actually gone BACKWARDS on this one, since the skyrocketing energy prices have forced people to go back to burning WOOD.
5. Doubling the value of Pell grants. Yes- okay, he didn't QUITE reach the 100% mark, but the improvement's pretty vast. I'll give him this one.
6. Establish diplomatic relations with Cuba. No.
7. Improve VA care beyond the 5-year mark. Yes.
8. Allow Medicare to negotiate drug prices. Yes- not really his doing, though.
9. Reauthorize VAWA. Yes, and may cactus-penised demons eternally rape his eye sockets for it.
10. Require all federal office nominees to release ten years of tax returns. No.
11. Increase the federal minimum wage to $15/hour. No.

Those obviously weren't his only promises, but they're the only ones I heard. Even in this century, four out of eleven isn't exactly great.

As in May 1st he managed to sneak through both the Congress and the Senate the Fair housing act. Again. This time all those that have piss poor credit will be able to get a low interest rate. He promised to kill a lot of jobs in the energy sector and he has lived up to that. He promised rural America new and better jobs in the renewable energy sector and those have not materialized.

I'd say he did live up to promises (at least at first) to slow down new drillings for energy and to make prices higher in an attempt to slow down pollution.

He has back tracked on some of that though, but if you do what you promised then back track later, he might think that he still delivered.

The pipeline was a promise to stop that and he did that... but the other 99.9% of promises he has not delivered.
