Why do conservatives get upset when people show evidence of donald trumps racism and then deny donald trump said anything racist at all?

It's always the same idiots that demand evidence of donald trump being racist and when smoking gun evidence is presented said conservative either denies it happened or says we are twisting The original meaning, how is it not racist to say to four congresswoman of color to go back to their countries because they don't like how minorities are treated. Yes some things he does and says is racist and if you feel butthurt and the urge to defend him and downplay it then you are a racist yourself but don't want to admit it.
