Your entire family has been kidnapped and the kidnappers are demanding not a ransom, but for you to commit a crime for them. If you don't your family will die.

If the kidnappers asked you to commit a crime for them, would you be willing to commit any of these crimes in order to save your family?

Yes, I'd Rob a Bank

Yes, I'd Smuggle Drugs

Yes, I'd Steal a Car

Yes, I'd Plant an Explosive Device

No, I'd Work with the Police to save my family

No, I'd go Vigilante, find them and save my family without help

No, I would NOT commit a crime, my family is probably toast

Interesting answers. Lots of people who would do bad things to save their family. I'm surprised, though, that 1 in 6 people (mostly girls 5-to-2) would do nothing and let their family die.
