It's literally the better florida, they have the most lax and lenient gun laws in the country, it's freezing cold as I like it, nashua is the safest town in the country, and I would presume people are friendly and social and there should be more conservative communities in southern New hamsphire. Marijuana is also decriminalized.

The only downside is that new hampshire is pro lgbt (I'm part of a culture where lgbt is not acceptable in any way) and there's only one oriental orthodox church in the entire state.

Portland notwithstanding, Oregon is not a bad place to live. Doesn't get too hot or too cold, and housing costs are still reasonable.
