I know what you mean. Politically there's an unspoken expectation for men to be protectors, bread winners and to uphold society in a certain way, it sucks but what alternative is there? I rather be on the front lines than my mother or sister. Women feel disposable more so cause of how the patriarchy affects them directly but very few will acknowledge how it affects men as well.
Women aren't really familiar with the disparity of men and probably don't want to be because of how wronged they feel by men. Women typically feel that men think they're better than them, that men are intentionally oppressive and because of the men they're typically attracted to they assume most if not every guy is like that one jerk they dated.
A lot of them think if you voice your reality that it will negate theirs but the plight of men and women fuel each other. Women hold a completely different logic and they don't want to feel sorry for you, it's repulsive to them. They believe you think like they do, probably because of how boys and girls are socialized.
Women get attention from men from a very young age well into their 30s so yes, unfortunately they find men disposable. You can't blame them though, can't say men wouldn't act the same if the script was flipped. They don't want to acknowledge your struggles because it makes them feel responsible and they interpret that they're being asking them to fix men. The good news is that it's mostly just women on the internet.
As long as men are expected to sign up for the draft but men and women are both allowed to vote, there is a fundamental inequality where men are solely expected to fight and die for the political rights of both genders. Why didn't feminists raise an issue during the ongoing Russo-Ukranian conflict when only men (18-55 fighting age) were prevented from being evacuated or when the Russians drafted only men? - Men form the absolute bulk of those who are homeless, workplace injuries and deaths, alimony and childcare is also awarded against men in most family court cases. So I think that the hierarchy of society goes like this.
1. Tiny fraction of powerful men
2. Women
3. Above average men (top 10%)
4. Average men.
5. Below average men.
I will say this when it comes to voting rights in America. If men aren't automatically given voting rights unless they are legally forced to sign up for selective services as soon as they hit age 18 while women dont have to sign up for selective services nor make any sort of compromises whatsoever, then I don't see why women should have voting rights automatically given to them on a silver platter.

The argument im making is that if oppression is real, men suffer from it more than women. The argument can be made that men oppress other men while giving women all the help they need. And I've already said in another post that women have a place in the military, just not combat.
That's because in order to be in those position, they have to fight and burden themselves regardless of the situation so it's not even that easy. So they only have value if they do something big and risky. And if you only like to look at CEOs and those politicians, that's survivorship bias because there are many other men who tries to get those position but they fail and those are the men who are at the bottom and those CEOs and Politicians don't really benefit the average men in any meaningful way. An average man are just seen as low class, worthless, creeps, "beta males" or whatever for just simply making a living. Men by default just aren't loved unconditionally like women and children.
