If Guns were Legal in the United Kingdom, would this stabbing be prevented?

A random teenager in the UK was set up to be stabbed and chased for blocks by two other boys with swords. In my own opinion that kid would still be alive today here. Because in the US we have a rule here called force meets force, so the fact these guys have deadly weapons on their persons, it is equal to administer lethal force. Therefore a gun owner can come out defend themselves and that young boy running for his life & the two criminals would be taken off the streets for good. Instead of the innocent kid, who was mistaken of the wrong identity. 2A (2nd Amendant) saves lives.

I 1000% support the Second Amendment, but it's a tough call, because there's no way to guarantee "absolutes" surrounding this situation. What I mean by that is, if law-abiding British citizens 100% had legal firearms, there's no 0% guarantee that these British criminals wouldn't also have had illegal firearms. Which is why strict blanket gun control laws miss the mark here in the United States, because "shock and surprise", criminals don't follow the laws to obtain their illegal firearms. Also, it's easy for countries like the United Kingdom (minus Northern Ireland), Japan, Australia, and New Zealand to regulate having 0% firearms, because they've got no land borders, and air and sea entries are highly regulated. Maybe if the United States regulated all of its land borders like air and sea entries, we wouldn't be dealing with an ongoing Fentanyl crisis.

As much as it sucks to sound but... there is no single solution that will eliminate it entirely. I take issue with separating violent crime by type of implement. The goal of laws should be to reduce violent crime, not just specifically gun crime. This is how gun grabbers play the "gotcha" game. They'll point to countries with strict firearm laws and their low gun crime rates but will sweep over violent crime rates.
The reason why violent crime rates in the United States are so much higher than they are in Europe is because the US is less than 60% white while much of Europe is 80% or more white. If you were to look at only the violent crime rate for white Americans, it is on par with European countries. The gun laws have nothing to do with it.

Lastly I’d say there are plenty of good blacks out there. Decent men and women who act prudently. Who do not get on board with all this. Men like Colon Powell who is now dead, and Thomas Sowell. Women like Candice Owens. These are good people with their hearts in the right place. I have no problem with them and in fact do love them. They speak right, act right, and tow the line. I would want people like this in society 100x over the white trash we find out there. In a white ethno state those people won’t be there and they are valuable members of society. I think maybe you make a good point. I’m gonna have to sit back and digest that. I agree that there are quite a few aggressive blacks. Honestly I’ve had more trouble with white trash and I used to work in the criminal Justice field.

But I do think much of what we built is being destroyed, but far more than that our traditions and European backgrounds. Some of that is due to being separated from Europe for quite some time. Younger generations don’t speak the languages from there. I digress from my point. I don't know. I love my black friends. They are what other blacks call “uncle Tom’s” for the most part. They’re all good company and I wouldn’t want to be separated from them. Yet I also feel our way of life is under attack, but by a number of forces. There is very clear white sentiment present. This doesn't happen among homogeneous cultures, the underlining conflict preventing consistent application of the law and leading to the criminal marginalization and fragmentation is due to the inability of a uniform state to create a solution to a non-uniform population.

I do see all your points. I think at the end of the day the problem is one of degeneracy in society. If we had less moral decay things would probably not be this way.

I think the only real solution is to return to a society governed by Judeo-Christian morality and traditionalism. We don't have break-ins in my neighborhood and everybody is real polite. Now maybe that's because every third house is a combat vet or maybe it's because 4/5 homeowners are armed (that I know about... it's probably more). Few neighborhoods over where we have a lot of transplants... they get f'ed up regularly. Not attributing anything to anything, I just like the fact that if something goes wrong HERE there's going to be a lot of people "getting involved."
