Look I had my fun as a teenager but sometimes we need to grow up. I don’t really care if I get into other people’s business. I would be down for making that illegal, my country has the highest incarceration rate already so what’s to lose?
No. I don't want my tax dollars paying for investigations, courts and criminal justice for this. Nor do I want to get involved in figuring out whether it was cheating or an "open marriage".
If someone isn't happy in a marriage for any reason they can get a divorce. No fault, split things evenly or according to a pre-nup.
The Republican party is the currently the more libertarian of the two; if anyone's going to criminalize adultery, it'd be the blue states.
Why in red states? Blue states cheat just as much, and what about blue state people living in red states? It's completely irrelevant, and the whole idea is moronic. We don't need laws telling us who we can and cannot be with.
