No, you are not given the choice to be born in a rich family. That would be way too easy. You can be happy you would not be born in North Korea or Pakistan or Russia. And not having faulty genetics too, that come with medical conditions from birth.

In the course of this new life you can always become a transgender if you like but it is a one way trip.
