Two laws, technically. If you plan to rob a bank but don't, you are still commiting a crime.
I'd skim two cents off everyone in the world and deposit the money in various accounts to live off the interest.
Two cents in the scheme of things isn't much.

Speeding. To me it is nothing but a money grab for the police.
You already have laws against crashing into other people on top of paying for yours and their damages, it is especially illegal to hit pedestrians. There really isn't a need for speed limits, people naturally go the speed in which they are comfortable going anyway.

Back in 1999 I went about 150 miles an hour down a hill in my old 66 Chevelle. I would like to get another fast car, build it like a race car with all the safety stuff, and make it to 200 miles an hour on a public highway.
